Avalon Stone Harbor - Heart of 7 Mile Island, Beach Block!!

COMPLETELY REMODELED in 2022!!

Condo rents on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday, Memorial day weekend until Labor Day Weekend. Please inquire about dates outside of this time frame.

Within 1 block from the beach, in the Merrimac Condominium complex!! Spacious one bed, separate bunk room, and one bath condo, sleeps 4, located on the SECOND FLOOR, unit 203.

Memory foam king size bed and TV in bedroom. Bunk bed room with two twin memory foam beds and TV. Living room with full size sofa pull out. Plenty of storage room for luggage under master bed. Full eat-in kitchen, refrigerator, stove/oven, and large capacity washer and dryer. Tv, cable and wireless internet (WiFi) provided. Communal outdoor gas grilling spaces available.

Located next door to the Windrift and Icona Hotels. 15 minutes to Wildwood and Cape May. 35 minutes to Atlantic City.

MUST BRING OWN BEACH TOWELS AND BED BLANKETS. Bath towels and bed sheets/pillowcases provided.

Please note, this building does not have an elevator. This is a non-smoking unit. Also, the pool is generally open through September, possibly early October. However, the condo association board reserves the right to close the pool sooner due to the weather/impending storms at their sole discretion. Thank you.

Jaclyn was a fantastic host and very responsive to all communications. She was very easy to work with. The location cannot be beaten: a 2-minute walk to the 80th Street beach, a 15-minute walk to downtown Stone Harbor, and a park right across the street. We had a family of 4 (2 kids under 6), and there was plenty of room for 4 of us to get around. Updated furnishings, Great pool and BBQ common areas as well. Highly recommend!

great vacation spot

overall happy with the clean apartment and great location however I have been rented on the island over 40 years now and I have never had a place with zero bedding. To me (and everyone I know) linens are sheets and towels. I had to go purchase blankets and that was not something I planned for. I think the pics need to updated to reflect matress only and people nee to know they should pack blankets and I for one never have room for that.

Quick Weekend away

Jacklyn's place was perfect for my family. We stay in Avalon/Stone Harbor every summer and this was the best condo we have booked. Location was 1 block from the beach. The condo was newly renovated, was clean, and perfect. A few good restaurants are on the same block. Definitely going to book again.

Wonderful stay in Avalon at the border of Stone Harbor

Excellent experience with the owner who was very responsive and attentive. Location was excellent, steps from both the Avalon beach entrance and the Stone Harbor beach entrance. Playground across the street for the little ones. Friendly atmosphere at the pool. Highly recommend.

A Convenient Place

Our needs were certainly met during our stay. The condo is convenient to the beach, the Windrift and many other places on the island. It's nice to not have to cross over second ave to get to the beach. The condo was clean and quiet which along with the location is all we needed. I had no problem contacting the owner when I had a question. I am quite sure we will be returning in the future.

Great location, great beach 🏖 we had a great time! Only drove the car once, walked to everything. Will definitely be back. Property does need some updates, but we weren’t there to hang out inside and it worked for us.

Lovely and affordable

My family of 4 had a great stay. The condo was very clean and tidy. Location was great! It’s just a quick walk to the beach and several restaurants. My kids loved the pool! The owner was very responsive and attentive. My only minor complaint was that the king size memory foam bed was not as comfortable as we had expected. We have a very nice memory foam mattress at home so I guess we are a bit spoiled.

Cozy condominium in a great location! Comfortable for the 3-4 people that rented throughout the week. Also includes beach tags! The owner responded back quickly and was very friendly Just needs some upgrades.

Great condo for a fam of 4 or 5

This condo is great for a family of 4 or 5. The location is great! You’re steps away from the beach and restaurants. It’s about a 10 mins or less bike ride to the down town area in Stone Harbour. The fields are across the street and we enjoyed playing soccer. We also played tennis which is right across the street. You can’t beat the location.
