This BEACH BLOCK adorable condo at the Ocean View is one of Avalon's perfect places to get-a-way to the shore. Whether you are escaping for a long relaxing weekend during the winter to rejuvenate or a fun-filled summer week to bask in the sun, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium is a perfect choice for couples or small family. Conveniently located POOLSIDE on the first floor with a private patio to enhance your living/relaxing space. The condo was recently refreshed and additional upgrades were added. The tiled living area features a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and a ceramic cook top and lovely granite counters for easy cleanup. The entire unit was custom painted adorned with beachy wainscoting, crown molding and plantation shutters. The carpeted bedroom has plenty of storage so you can get comfortable during your stay. The Ocean View features include: a large pool, sundeck, poolside bar and BBQ, fitness center, laundry facilities, private storage, and assigned parking. The building is centrally located within walking distance to beach bars, restaurants, nightlife, and community recreation. WIFI IS INCLUDED parking spot #17 Across street from Icona Golden Inn and behind the Windrift!

Need Linen service - for additional fee you can use linens in the unit and leave them there to be cleaned. Additionally you can contact Linen Fairies for all your linen rental needs, drop off, bed made and pick up when you leave.

Nice beach vacation for a small family

This property is nestled in a wonderful area, behind the Windrift and next to the Icona, right along the border to Stone Harbor. The walk to the beach is short enough for my 2.5 year old and the saline pool has a shallow (1' deep) area that is fenced from the rest of the pool. Christina was easy to work with while planning our trip and during our stay. She offered her beach wagon to us, which was immensely helpful in getting down to the beach. The condo was cleaned nicely before we arrived. There also is a laundry room within the complex with 4 washers and 4 dryers. I should have packed less with the intent to do laundry while hanging at the pool. Overall, this place has a nice setup for a small family visiting the beach.

A little slice of beachside heaven

This being our first VRBO rental, I was a bit unsure of what to expect but Christina was a wonderful host-easy to communicate with, very helpful, etc. The availability of a pool in the complex was awesome for those cool windy days when the beach just wasn’t ideal. We loved being in walking distance to so many great places and the amenities provided with the unit - chairs, beach rags, umbrella, towels, etc - made for an effortless and enjoyable stay!

Just what I was looking for!

Husband and I had an awesome stay! Space was perfect! Pool heated perfectly. Place was spotless and had everything we needed! Can’t wait to stay again soon!

Cozy, beachy, great location!

Cozy condo. Nicely decorated with a beach theme. Location was great! Clean beach and good places to eat and drink just steps away. Tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, baseball/softball field, large children's playground 1/2 block away.
