It features a gourmet eat-in-kitchen with an expansive hand-made farm table as well as a finished basement and spacious covered patio. The outdoor entertaining area includes an expansive bar, grill, fireplace, and outdoor bed swing overlooking the heated swimming pool. The finished basement, which highlights Churchill downs and Kentucky Derby throughout the decor, offers additional living space and features a projector screen TV, extraordinary bar, pool table and much more. The first floor master bedroom offers a large en-suite with his-and-hers sinks, soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Excellent Vacation!!

This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable property. We had sunny weather so the beautiful clean pool was the highlight for us. Maggie was excellent to deal with - great communication. We had a fantastic stay and appreciate all the little extras and comforts of this property. Thank you Maggie! We had a great time.

Excellent place for Bourbon trail

Overall, this has to be one of the best places in the Louisville area for a big group. We rented this house for our Annual Guys weekend trip on the Bourbon trail. Super clean, well appointed, and ideal for a group of up to 10 people. The backyard/pool area has an incredible patio with bar, grill, multiple TVs, and plenty of seating. The kitchen and dining area is gigantic and has everything you need to cook and feed a big crew of hungry guys. The basement is possibly the best part with another bar area, pool table, pop-a-shot, theater area, and dance floor including disco lighting mounted on the ceiling.
