Ideal location, on the edge of the runway and close to shops and the ESF. Departure and arrival on skis. The apartment is next to the ski room: no stairs to climb or elevator to take. The apartment, in very good condition and comfortable, overlooks a large terrace, part of which is private (snowy in winter, so most of the time impracticable, but it brings light and tranquility). Covered parking space in the basement, elevator access. Most: Acoustic suspended ceiling in the bedroom The sofa consists of two adjoining armchairs, which can, when unfolded, form one or two beds as needed, separated or not. Comfortable and easy to fold out beds (Likoolis brand). New high-end heaters (double heating core) Espresso coffee maker (for ground coffee) and filter coffee maker Stainless steel kettle, toaster, raclette machine, 4-burner ceramic hob, pressure cooker. Separate WC. Close to restaurants and bars. Many events in Vars, free shuttle trips to access the different villages. The car can be left in the garage during the whole stay. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels (to reserve). Pets not allowed. Non smoking apartment (smoking is possible on the terrace). Weekly rentals, from Saturday to Saturday. Appartement très bien agencé (30m2 mais on ne s'est pas senti du tout à l'étroit), propre et parfaitement situé avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le local a ski est à 5 m. Le départ des pistes est à 10 m. La propriété longe une piste à partir de laquelle on peut directement rejoindre le grand départ des pistes de la station. Parking intérieur compris.
