Guest house of 60m2 with 2 bedrooms (each with shower room and walk-in showers) for 5 people, in the heart of the village of La Noue (Sainte-Marie-de-Ré) on the Ile de Ré and 300m from the sea.
Living room with open kitchen very well equipped (combined oven, induction hob, dishwasher ... washing machine)
Terrace and small garden. House, terrace and south-facing garden.
The 2 bedrooms and the living room communicate directly on the terrace.
Possibility of renting in bed and breakfast (1 or 2 rooms with breakfasts included) or self-catering accommodation (the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen-living room, breakfasts extra and optional)
