This was our 8th summer in a row staying a week in Charlevoix. We have stayed in every area of town, but this is by far the very best, especially for families who love the beach. This house felt new, very spacious and immaculately clean. We loved our time here, and hope to stay again!

The cabin was lovely. We had the unfortunate timing of midge fly season by the water. They were not too bad by the cabin. We still had a great stay. The cabin is a great location to visit Harbor Springs and Cross Village.

This place is the most amazing place. The house is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the boats go by. The beach is steps away and you can walk to town to enjoy everything Charlevoix has to offer.

We’ve stayed at this home several times now, and it’s become one of our favorite family traditions. It’s the perfect getaway — ideal for families or a small group of friends. The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to everything in town and just a short drive to Petoskey, the Tunnel of the Trees, and so many great spots nearby.Each visit has been a wonderful mix of comfort, convenience, and connection. The home is always clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for guests. We look forward to returning each year — it’s truly a special place that’s become part of our family’s story.

We had an incredible time in Charlevoix in the Palmer House. The house was relaxing, cozy and just what our family needed. The beds were very comfortable, including the pillows, the baths/showers were great and the kitchen was awesome. The beach chairs and towels made our treks to the beach convenient and relaxing. Mornings and evenings on the front porch rocking chairs helped start and close our days.

You will not find a house in Charlevoix with better views of Lake Michigan, access to the Lake Michigan Beach, and the ability to walk to and from town (about 1/3 mile) along the channel which is not only convenient, but well lit all night long.

You can literally park your car upon arrival, and not start it again until it's time to head back home.
