This place is the most amazing place. The house is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the boats go by. The beach is steps away and you can walk to town to enjoy everything Charlevoix has to offer.

We’ve stayed at this home several times now, and it’s become one of our favorite family traditions. It’s the perfect getaway — ideal for families or a small group of friends. The location couldn’t be better: walking distance to everything in town and just a short drive to Petoskey, the Tunnel of the Trees, and so many great spots nearby.Each visit has been a wonderful mix of comfort, convenience, and connection. The home is always clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for guests. We look forward to returning each year — it’s truly a special place that’s become part of our family’s story.

You will not find a house in Charlevoix with better views of Lake Michigan, access to the Lake Michigan Beach, and the ability to walk to and from town (about 1/3 mile) along the channel which is not only convenient, but well lit all night long.

You can literally park your car upon arrival, and not start it again until it's time to head back home.
