The villa features a spacious open-plan living and dining area, seamlessly connected to a large covered terrace at the back through expansive glass doors. From the terrace, you can admire the private south-facing pool and the lush natural surroundings, creating a peaceful retreat for relaxation.



The three bedrooms are elegantly designed with a modern touch. The villa includes two double bedrooms, one with its own en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay.



Outside, Can Verger Almadrava boasts a delightful outdoor dining area under the shaded terrace, perfect for enjoying meals in a relaxed atmosphere. The private pool, surrounded by well-maintained lawns and sun loungers, offers the perfect spot to unwind. For cooler months, the pool can be heated for an additional cost of €85 per day, providing a cozy haven even during the colder seasons. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide pool/beach towels, so you don’t need to bring any extra luggage!

Fantastic spot for a family holiday

The villa was spotless and well kitted out. Everything we could need was there including a beach shade! Some indication in the booking information about the narrow driveway would have reduced stress levels on arrival in the dark! We hired a large vehicle and would’ve been better with something smaller if we’d realised. Also we regret not paying to heat the pool, we naively thought it would be warm enough at the end of Oct.

Good location close to Pollença

Very private and quiet with a lovely garden. Ample parking space. Very comfy beds. Nice to see cleaning items such as dishwasher tablets etc provided. Large pool. The villa is very dated. All rooms would benefit from being refurbished to more modern standards. Water supply was intermittent during showering. Came back on after a couple of minutes but still inconvenient. Patio doors and window locks were also outdated and did not appear to be very secure. This is the only villa rental we have had in over 30 years that did not provide basics such as water , milk etc. which was a bit disappointing given we arrived at 11pm when all the shops were closed.

Holidays

The stay was from beginning very bad. The main reason was that the house wasn’t clean, we had to clean the house, dishes and the fridge before we could really use. The floor was very dirty, a wet cleaning was required. The bed linens where also not clean and looked very used with some dirty signs on it. After the first night I also felt bad because of the hard mattress. My back and my partners back feels bad and we can’t take it any longer. All in all this house was the worst we ever had over the past years and I have a lot of experience here on this island. Then I asked for a return and the only thing you offered was a free of charge cleaning. That’s just a joke. We cleaned it ourselves. For a proper return I asked for the pool heat but here your excuse was that we have to request that in advance. How should we know how the pool is a week before. Just ridiculous.

Everything was promptly handled on the same day, and it became apparent that these complaints were more about trying to receive some form of compensation, which aligns with the pattern we’ve noticed in previous stays. Additionally, regarding the pool heating you requested during the last days of your stay, this service cannot be provided free of charge without prior notice, as it’s an additional amenity that must be arranged in advance. While we understand your frustration, our policy on this is clear. It’s unfortunate that this review seems to reflect dissatisfaction over not receiving the compensation you hoped for, rather than a fair assessment of your stay.
