Villa Els Baladres for families with swimming pool

Villa Els Baladres is a cosy and spacious villa built in stone, with 3 bedrooms, fantastic gardens and a private pool. Well located near Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa (the beach is just 4 km away) and Alcudia, Villa Els Baladres offers privacy, style, modern amenities and excellent opportunities to live outdoors under the bright Mallorcan sun.



Located in the countryside, between the old town of Pollensa and the sea, this impressive house is reached through a long, private closed path bordered by olive trees.

The house is very bright and spacious. It is filled with beautiful natural materials (stone and wood) and has been designed with great attention to detail with neutral furniture and high-specification kitchens and bathrooms.



On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen that leads to a covered barbecue area. Near this area, there is a service room with a washing machine. The covered barbecue area also has a living room and a door that leads to an uncovered terrace and the pool area. The doors of the living/dining room also lead to the terrace. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom.

The stairs lead to the first floor with a double room and a room with two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower.



The garden is a fantastic space with beautiful views of the Bóquer valley mountains. The pool is surrounded by grass, tall trees and plants, and there is a covered terrace with dining furniture, seating and a magnificent outdoor barbecue area. Comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas are provided to enjoy long hours under the Mallorcan sun.

The tourist tax is included in the price.

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
