For your comfort, it features a private entrance with a closet, a living room with a kitchen/dining area (oven, stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) and a lounge area with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a balcony overlooking the ocean with outdoor furniture, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a closet, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. Appartement fantastique, très propre et surtout très bien situé, à l’écart des terrasses en bord de mer (et du bruit) mais assez près pour y aller à pied.Stationnement privé souterrain sous la maison indispensable dans la région.Nous avons adoré.

Appartement idéalement situé, sur la plage avec une vue magnifique et de splendides couchers de soleil, au calme à 15 minutes à pied du centre . Le seul bémol: le portail d accès au garage est étroit et il faut être vigilant pour ne pas abîmer sa voiture.

Gepflegtes Appartement mit Meerblick
Das Appartement befindet sich auf der zweiten (obersten) Etage eines modernisierten, gepflegten Hauses an der Strandpromenade. Die Zimmer sind hell, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küchenzeile und Bad sind funktional und neuwertig. Der Balkon geht zum Meer (nach Westen) hinaus. Für das Auto gibt es einen festen Platz in der Tiefgarage (enge Zufahrt), von der aus man mit dem Fahrstuhl auf die Etage gelangt. Zum Zentrum (Markt, Restaurants, Bäcker) sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten. Es gibt keine störenden Geräusche. Das Meer kann bei Wind und Flut auch mal etwas lauter zu hören sein. Durch die Agentur Orpi wird man sehr freundlich betreut.
Nous avons séjournés 2 semaines à Chatelaillon-Plage , l’appartement très bien équipé tout à fait conforme à la description rien ne manquait.. le marché public à distance de marche , la belle promenade de plusieurs kilomètres le long de la mer et le stationnement intérieur est très pratique malgré l’accès exigue

Accueil super à l agence. Simple et efficace. Logement extraordinaire, fonctionnel, moderne, propre, calme et très bien exposé. Environnement magique.. vue imprenable... Pour nous qui prenons des vacances depuis peu, c est un rêve .. simple et magique. Merci
Appartement idéalement situé, très proche de la mer avec tout le confort et une super belle vue. Le parking en sous-sol est difficilement accessible à une grande voiture (manoeuvres assez difficiles à réaliser) mais il y a possibilité de parking à l'extérieur , du moins en hors saison. Nous y reviendrons sûrement!
