L'annonce de l'hébergement est fausse. Pas de terrasse panoramique sur le lac. Aucune vue sur le lac !!La maison, se trouvant dans un lotissement, entourée d'autres maisons.Vis à vis dans toutes les pièces.Le propriétaire a laissé beaucoup de choses personnelles ds la maison. On ne se sent pas à l'aise.L'échange téléphonique avec VANESSA s'est très bien passé.

Je vous remercie d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre ressenti, j’aurais toutefois apprécié que vous me fassiez part de vos remarques dès votre arrivée ou pendant votre séjour afin que nous puissions en échanger.
Je souhaite toutefois apporter une précision concernant vos remarques : à aucun moment il n’est indiqué que la villa bénéficie d’une vue sur le lac. La mention de « terrasse panoramique » fait référence à sa large ouverture sur l’environnement et à son dégagement, et non à une vue sur le lac.
Concernant les effets personnels, la maison contient effectivement quelques éléments de décoration notamment un cadre familial, quelques jeux de société et des pantoufles. Je comprends néanmoins que chacun puisse avoir une sensibilité différente sur ce point.
Je regrette sincèrement que la maison n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Les retours que nous recevons habituellement soulignent au contraire son confort, ses équipements et son atmosphère chaleureuse.
