This pleasant T4 is located in the very center of Concarneau, close to the beaches, shops and the walled city, in a secure residence from the 1970s with a private parking space.
The apartment is located on the raised ground floor (half-story with 8 steps) and enjoys daylight throughout the day.
It has 3 bedrooms, a large living / dining room, an equipped kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room and a cellar.
In a quiet area, the apartment is located less than 300 meters from the beaches and the city center.
You will discover "the blue city" with its shops, the walled city, the port, the cornice, restaurants and delicious crêperies.
You will also enjoy Les Halles with its seafood and local products as well as the Monday and Friday markets.
Without forgetting the Glénan Archipelago with its sandy beaches and maybe you will have the chance to meet some dolphins ...
