Stay in roomy comfort minutes from the Cocoa Beach Pier and 1.5 miles from the Port Canaveral Cruise Ship Terminals and casino action! Only 35 minutes to the Orlando International Airport, this oceanview townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in over 1400 square feet of living space on the closest beach to Orlando and the theme parks. The home is fully furnished including beach chairs, coolers, beach mats, and sand toys for the kids! After your day in Orlando or lounging on the beach, come back and enjoy a relaxing soak in the 4-person hot tub. You'll find cable TV/DVD players in all bedrooms, wireless Internet, stereo, and flat screen in the living room. One car garage with additional parking available. House Description: Seaside Escape has 1K and 2Q bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and includes a full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and garbage disposal. All utensils, silverware, dishes, pots/pans are also included as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, and cork screw. All linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are also supplied. Seaside Escape is fully furnished for children with a high chair, Pac-N-Play, and stair gates. Wireless Internet is available for guests and full cable TV/DVD can be found in the living room and all bedrooms. The yard is fully fenced and many beach toys are supplied for your use. There is an outdoor shower for use after a beach visit in the tropically landscaped yard. A gas BarBQ grill can be found on the back deck as well as a 4-person hot tub. We are fully licensed by the State of Florida and accept credit card for your protection!

Surrounding Area: The surrounding area includes many activities such as Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Universal, casino ships, and, of course, the beach about 600 feet away. Go-kart tracks and mini-golf courses are only blocks away from the house and cruise ship terminals are less than 2 miles away. Great seafood restaurants and dining are close-by and fresh seafood markets are only minutes away so that you may create your own seafood feast at the house.

Such a great spot! Super clean, responsive hosts, and so close to the beach. Not a thing that the hosts did not thing of! Beach toys/equipment, fully stocked kitchen, great neighbours just steps from cocoa beach. Can’t wait to stay again!!

This wonderful home was perfect for our return to the Cape. Clean, comfortable and everything that we needed for great stay. Quiet neighborhood and the beach was perfect. Able to watch two launches from the beach. The owners were outstanding to work with. A favorite spot.

Fun Times at the Beach

This property was as good as the other reviews said. Great location, just a couple blocks from the beach, tons of restaurants around, very clean and well stocked, and any communication I had with the owners was very pleasant. Neighbor was quite nice, too (The nephews and I accidentally locked ourselves out when we went to the beach, forgot the code, she helped us get back in.) If I ever decide to come back to the area, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to rent this place again!

Fantastic Family Getaway Home!

We loved staying here! The neighbors were great. Location great! Kids loved to see the children playing at school. We walked to the beach. Explored Jetty Park and watched rocket launches! We were so thrilled this was happening just a few minute drive down the road! They had plenty of beach toys and accessories for us to use we didnt have to buy anything. Abundant towels and kitchen extras! I must say that it was so refreshing to see a kitchen stocked with things (spices, and dry goods left from others to be used) the cleaning products, and paper products left to use. It had a feeling of home. Thank you so much for sharing your happy place with us!

AWESOME experience!

This treasure of a property was just what our family needed this August! Close enough to busy places if we wanted, lifeguard at the beach, quiet, residential neighborhood. The amazing bonus is that Dawn and Todd were quick with communication, and I felt like I was visiting the home of a friend. We were welcome to use the items we needed at the beach but do not own, the cupboards had spice and coffee, and we were happy to leave the items we purchased but did not want to pack home for the next people at this condo to use. Unlike hotel or time share situations where items would be thrown out, they can actually be put to use here. We found that to be a relief, and we are happy that we contributed so that the next renters, or the owners themselves, can use these things! Thank you!!!

Great place to stay!

This was our second time staying at Seaside Escape. We loved every minute! A short 2 block walk to the beach, and everything you need is there for your use, coolers, chairs, beach umbrellas (umbrella anchor is genius!), sand toys of all sorts, beach towels, and a cart to wheel it all in. All you need to pack is a toothbrush! The pictures do not do this townhouse justice. The bedrooms are spacious, as is the livingroom. The kitchen has everything you need. Well worth price, a great value compared to a hotel. Hot tub out back is an added bonus! Just south of Port Canaveral, can watch all the cruise ships leave from the beach. Very close to the Cocoa Beach pier, just 2 miles north. Lots of good restaurants and shopping near by. Found a gem, the Vargus Cafe on Atlantic, excellent Cuban food at a great price! Kennedy Space Center was a short drive, did the extra Up Close Tour, got to go into the Vehicle Assembly Building and see Space Shuttle Discovery! Todd and Dawn were great to work with. Great communication. I highly recommend staying at Seaside Escape, it was our second time staying here,, and we will certainly stay again the next time we visit the Cocoa Beach Area.

A Home Away from Home

Seaside Escape was a great choice for our Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral getaway. The house is within walking distance to the beach. The house was immaculately clean and fully stocked...they even provided an InstantPot which was great as I love to cook. Communication with the owners was seamless and quick if we had questions. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place in Cape Canaveral.

Seaside Escape delivers

The Seaside Escape was awesome and our stay there couldn’t have been better. It was exactly what We were hoping for and it delivered. The beach was really nice and very close. We were able to get some long walks in which is what We love to do in Florida. We also loved the patio area. It was so private and had a great tropical feeling. The hot tub was a very nice added bonus. The townhouse itself was roomy and comfy. It had everything we needed for our stay. So happy we were able to rent this townhouse. We get to this area occasionally. Hopefully it will be available next time we are in town.

The house has been provided with families in mind while remembering that couples need away time as well in a private abode. Todd and Dawn are easy to reach regarding rates and availability. Why they chose this property

We LOVE the beach, cruising, and Orlando theme parks! And...so do our kids! While just steps from the beach, the house is also easily reached from the Orlando/Orlando airport area. We love the fact that once we land in Orlando, we know we can be ON THE BEACH in less than an hour! The home is perfect for families with everything a family needs but open and private for mature couples to enjoy as well. We love watching cruise ships sail in and out of the port, lying in the sun, visiting the theme parks, coming home to the hot tub and our own meals, and watching the manatees and dolphins play in the surf! We also spend a lot of time at Disney and Universal which are only 35-40 minutes away on the 4-lane Beachline Expressway (528). We are located on the closest beach to Orlando and our home is the perfect place to split a theme park/beach vacation! Many of our past guests have also chosen to just stay on the coast and take the short drive to Orlando, visit the casinos nearby, or try their luck on a chartered fishing vessel. Others like to extend their cruise vacation by staying with us before or after their sail.
