The ocean is calling you from this well-designed, perfectly furnished beach home. We've done our best to ensure you have an awesome beach time! Bike or walk around the area and beach, grill out in the backyard patio, and chill under the stars or mellow string lights. Amenities galore with beach bikes, chairs, umbrella, ice chest, games, toys, body boards, and wagon. Sunrise or sunset walks on the beach is less than 5 minutes away. The tans may fade, your memories will last forever!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

For departure: - Leave sheets on beds. - Hang or wash towels. - Clean dirty dishes. - Empty coffee pot and filter. - Leave perishables in fridge. - If trash smells, dispose in outside trash bin.

Bonus points: - If trash day (Tu/Fri) and bin mostly full, take bin to curb. - Leave house & garage nice - Return A/C to 76-78 F, with Fan set to Auto - Turn off bedroom A/C - Send msg when you leave

If you plan to check out much earlier than the official 10am, please let me know so the cleaning crew can get an early start. If you've enjoyed your stay, we hope you'll return.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We absolutely loved our stay! House was perfect for our family of 4 and the close proximity to the beach made it even better! Quiet street, but close by stores, restaurants and shops. Great communication and lots of great tips of places to check out in the area. The house is full of anything you might need during your stay. We just our vacation was longer, but would definitely come back again.

We had a great stay. This is the first time we have ever experienced a vacation rental that included everything we could possibly need, for our getaway. The host was awesome and the property was very clean. I can’t stress enough how nice it was to have such a nicely appointed vacation rental. The host puts forth a lot of effort to make sure you don’t have to stress about the small stuff. Kudos and thanks for a great experience.

The property was very clean and ready for us. We loved it. Very close to pretty much everything and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Very pleasant neighborhood. Biking is a must!!!

Great location and great host! Jupiter was so personable and helpful, giving us plenty of tips and suggestions. The house had everything guests would need, and more: The air conditioning kicks butt, snacks and water, you can run small loads of laundry, there are smart tvs in every room, and the lock system is easy. You can’t beat the location: safe, quiet neighborhood with parking, just a couple minutes walk from the beach, and a couple minutes drive to anything else you might need. We didn’t get into the garage or outdoor amenities but they sounded pretty sweet, too.

Our family had a fantastic time at this vacation rental. It was clean and well-stocked with everything from kitchen utensils to bug spray and sunscreen. The location also can’t be beat! We LOVED the easy walk to the beach and being a quick drive away from downtown Cocoa Beach and great fishing spots. I was worried about the house getting too warm, but the AC was awesome and kept us nice and cool all week.Another highlight was all the beach chairs, tent, wagon, etc. We didn’t have to bring any beach gear from home- not even a cooler or towels.I would 100% recommend this property.

This is a beautiful property just a few minute walk from the beach (or take a bike and cit that tine in half). My wife and I came down for our honeymoon, and it was everything we could ask for and more! Jupiter is an excellent host, super communicative and helpful if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and everyone is just so darn friendly you'd think you're dreaming. We have had an absolute blast (especially with the rocket launches) and can't wait to come back.

Great place to stay! We just happened to bring Iowa’s cold down with us the weekend we stayed and Florida had record cold….. My adult kids still loved the trip and walking the beach which is so close. The peacocks roaming the neighborhood were awesome too! Would definitely stay here again the next time we come down.

Absolutely amazing location for cruisers. Close to rental car return and port. Jupiter was amazing with his contact with us. The place is amazing for family stay.close walk to the beach is at the end of the road. Lots of good food around the area too.

Nice little duplex in a quiet neighborhood. Host gave us great information to help us enjoy the area. Wonderful addition of beach chairs, bikes, even coolers and a buggy to help haul the stuff the three blocks to the beach. Comfortable beds (living room furniture not so comfortable), clean and well appointed. Very thoughtful in supplying everything needed. Fantastic wide clean beach.

Overall the property was fine for our stay. All was clean inside with the exception of the shower grout which had some mold/mildew. Also, unless I missed it somehow in the listing, we did not know the property has a shared garage and backyard with the attached other property. Parking is done on the front lawn. Having access to beach equipment was a plus.
