Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
PLEASE! REMOVE ALL hairs from tub, sink, floors. REMOVE sand from floors, couch/sofa cushions, TURN OFF ceiling fans/lights,exterior lights LEAVE ON: central air. Thank you
The guest paying for the reservation shall acknowledge/sign return the lease 48 hours before arrival. It suggested to take the lease with you for house/yard rules.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests responsibility to take a blowup mattress if over 4 ppl. Please note Check in 4PM check out 11AM
Acknowledge on he lease and yard restrictions where cactus growth is active.
Treat pets with flea/tick preventative measures. Beware if taking your pet to the beach for Sand Fleas. Guests are responsible to fumigate if fleas.

Welcome to a sanctuary of nature/wild cactus (sectioned off) for both your protection and sanctuary growth. Our beach house is modest, cozy/quaint sanctuary to call HOME sweet home. Pet friendly neighborhood was an old fishing village with many of the original homes back in the day called Mill-man style ours an L shape Mill-man rancher. Now a days many homes have been replaced by larger homes especially the ones sitting on the bay. My yard is large, mostly inhabited by wildlife, I keep it that way for my own private sanctuary that borders next to the natural wildlife preservation.

Why they chose this property

Fortunately, for me this cozy home I enjoyed as a teenager and still do well into my golden years. If you love nature like I do, hearing the sounds of the water, wind, seagulls will keep you awe while enjoying your morning coffee. In the evening sit by the crackling fire pit sipping wine, bubbles or tea while taking in the cool bay breeze. Don't forget to walk down to the bay only 95 steps for Delaware's East coast magnificent sunsets, a must!!!!!

What makes this property unique

To me Our home brings back making family/friend memories, good times, boogie board, riding the waves, swimming, the boardwalk, walking on the quiet bay beach and watching the magnificent sunsets/ great meals. If you want cozy family memories plus peace and quiet, look no further. Now for excitement...... 15 min. drive to Cape May or Wild-woods famous boardwalk, amusements, and yes the nightlife.
