TRÈS JOLI GITE CENTER VALLON PONT D'ARC 2 PERSONNES AIR-CONDITIONED PARKING

Come and discover the southern Ardèche, its exceptional heritage (restitution of the Chauvet cave, its famous arch "the Pont d'Arc", its natural caves, its picturesque villages ...), swimming, descending the Ardèche in canoeing, and hiking will also allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation during your stay.
The air-conditioned cottage, for 2/4 people, with an area of 40 m2, ideally located in the center of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc
(immediate proximity to all shops: restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacy, medical center, Intermarché) consists of:
- Ground floor: living room with sofa BZ 140/190, fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom with toilet.
- Floor: bedroom with 140/190 bed.
- Terrace on the garden with its furniture (table, chairs, barbecue, parasol, pergola).
- Private parking space.
The cottage is non-smoking.
Our animal friends are not accepted.
The deposit of 350 euros will be requested upon arrival.
The cleaning price is 50 euros (if agreed jointly).

Great holidays in wonderful region

Warm welcome by the owner in a beautiful village in a wonderful landscape. The flat is situated near the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. In the morning you can have your fresh Baguette from different bakerys by foot. Or you'll have lunch or dinner in one of about 20 Restaurants around the corner. You have all opportunities for hiking, biking, boating and a lot of incredible, historic sites as the "Grotte Chauvet 2", Avignon, Pont du Gard.... Merci à Jacky et Jean-Marc pour leur hospitalité!

Gepflegtes, sauberes Appartment, nette engagierte Vermieter. Tolle Umgebung zum Wandern, Kanufahren etc. Sehr sehenwerte Austellung über die berühmte Höhlenmalerei "Chauvet". Kleiner Nachteil: Die Treppe zum Schlafbereich im Appartement ist sehr steil. Hatten aber insgesamt eine sehr gute Zeit in Vallons Pont d'Arc.

2eme fois pour nous Nous y apprécions le calme et la proximité des commerces Idéalement situé au cœur du village avec le stationnement du véhicule en toute sécurité Les hôtes sont très accueillants, à disposition tout en étant discretsLes activités sont aussi très proches vous pouvez vous rendre à pied au départ des canoës, au pont d Arc (avec retour navette gratuite ) et même Chauvet2 peut se faire à pied… pour le reste belles découvertes lors des balades en vélo Très belle région

Superbe gîte au cœur de Vallon Pont d'Arc.Les hôtes sont au petit soin, hyper réactifs avec plein de bons conseils et extrêmement bienveillants !Le logement très bien équipé, tout confort, propre, avec climatisation, terrasse ombragée et parking pour se stationner.La région est magnifique et offre tout type d'activités.Je recommande vivement le gîte et la région et me ferai un plaisir d'y revenir !

Gite bien adapté pour 2 personnes et très bien situé.

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre majestueux (Les gorges de l'Ardèche). Le gite idéalement bien placé, permet, après la découverte de la région en journée, de garer la voiture et de faire du tourisme en fin d'après-midi dans le centre très commerce estivalier de Vallon Pont d'Arc.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung, sehr sauber, schöne gut beschattete Veranda, im Garten die Möglichkeit in der Sonne zu baden oder unter dem Olivenbaum im Schatten zu sitzen.Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.Der Urlaubsort ist perfekt um die Natur bei Wandern, Klettern, Kajak fahren zu genießen. Il n’y a pas grand chose à redire sur ce gîte. Propre, bien équipé et très bien situé ! Parfait pour des visites du sud Ardèche à moins de 30 mn. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Bref je le relouerais les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans le gîte, nous avons été vraiment très bien accueilli, les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils. Le gîte où nous avons résider était vraiment bien, il y a tout le nécessaire dont nous avons besoin. Un très bel extérieur pour mangé dehors, cacher aux yeux de tous. L'emplacement du gîte est super ! A 5 min du centre ville a pieds, chose non négligeable. Nous avons vraiment passé de tres bonne vacance dans ce gîte, nous le recommandons à 100 %.

Si vous souhaitez être au calme, avec un jardinet en angle sans vis à vis, une charmante terrasse face à un olivier, du confort moderne et profiter du coeur du village à pieds, alors ce logement est pour vous! Dotant plus qu'une large place de stationnement est à disposition! Cette petite maison est très joliment décorée, une baie vitrée et une belle salle de douche avec fenêtre, la mezzanine est haute et spacieuse. La propreté est irréprochable! et la climatisation très efficace et silencieuse... Les hôtes sont charmants, à votre écoute et également discrets. Merci pour ce séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour surtout en cette période de mai où il n'y a pas trop de touristes, le gîte est confortable, fonctionnel, place de parking attribué, très propre, les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, très gentils, le jour de l'arrivée, on a été très bien accueilli, et eu beaucoup d'informations 👍👍 Le centre de Vallon (2 min à pied à partir du gîte) pleins de commerçants et restaurants, tout se passe à pied, un très grand marché le jeudi matin👍 une vue magnifique au niveau de la place de l'église. Randonnée jusqu'au Pont d'Arc, départ à 5 min à pied du gîte (c'est au niveau de l'Office de tourisme). Possibilité d'avoir d'autres randonnées gratuites par mail via l'Office de tourisme. Visite de beaux villages de Caractère (LABEAUME, BALAZUC, VOGÜÉ, RUOMS.....), route des Gorges de l'Ardèche à faire absolument pour voir de magnifiques panoramas..... Enfin bref, pleins de bons souvenirs en Ardèche, je remercie les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse 😉
