Beautiful apartment of 43m2 completely renovated, offers a nice panorama on a pond of goldfish with an open view facing south. Ideal for 4 people.
It is quietly located in a residence with a private parking space, a pétanque court, 2 steps from the port, a 5-minute walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Port Fréjus, very close to the gaming casino, the forum , the historic center and an 11-minute walk from the giant casino, or 850 m (2 minutes by car)
At the foot of the residence, you will have to walk 1km to access the beaches passing by different places either by following the port or by going on the very famous avenue of the nature base where you will find bakeries, pharmacy and other small shops either by small residential streets.

This apartment is located on the second floor with elevator, it includes:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à FRÉJUS dans cet appartement qui était très bien, très propre, très bien équipé, la literie au top. Ruhig, sonning und Hund willkommen

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen: viel Licht und Sonne, Küche gut ausgestattet, alles neu und renoviert. Die Wohnung gehört zu einer kleinen Wohnanlage um einen Teich angeordnet und geht nach Süden. Parkplatz fast vor der Tür. Strand, Restaurants und ein Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar. Empfehlenswert!

Très bel appartement, très bien situé à côté du port de Fréjus de tous les commerces/restaurants et à 10min de la plage. Gros plus place de parking sécurisé dans la résidence même si tout peut se faire également à pied. Hôtes très sympathiques et disponibles !

Io e mia moglie siamo stati bene per due settimane. Abbiamo anche lavorato in Smart working con ottimo wi-fi. Aria condizionata, dotazioni di cucina, attrezzatura sul balcone, tutto di buon livello. Particolarmente comoda per noi in ragione della estrema vicinanza al porto canale, dove abbiamo ormeggiato la nostra barca per gite giornalire. Consigliato.
