On the 3rd floor, facing South/West with a glimpse of the sea and swimming pool, this apartment is composed of a living room with equipped kitchenette (4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, top fridge, top freezer, washing machine), a a bedroom with a double bed (160x190), a bathroom with shower, bidet and WC. The living room and the bedroom give access to a large terrace with garden furniture. TV, Air conditioning, Garage in the private basement (L 2.50m x H 1.80m x P 5m), Swimming pool.

* Reduction of 15% during the year from 15 consecutive days reserved (except from 05/07/25 to 23/08/25)

* Different services available to book at the same time as the rental:
- Rental of household linen (sheets with pillowcases and/or towels); price according to number of weeks, Info from the agency
- Baby cot rental: €30/stay
- Rental of a Pocket WiFi: 1 week = 35€ and 15€/additional week

* Water and electricity consumption is billed from October to May according to current rates.

* Pets, if accepted, must not climb on the bed and/or sofa; they must be kept on a leash and their needs must be done outside the residence

Séjour à Saint Raphaël

Appartement lumineux propre et fonctionnel avec un grand balcon très apprécié avec vue dégagée et mer .Nous avons apprécié le garage fermé dans lequel nous avons pu laisser nos vélos.Très appréciable également la proximité des commerces (à pied).Copropriété très bien entretenue.Nous recommandons cet appartement.
