TABACHERA x10 Country House Sirmione GARDA LAKE

The annex about 500 square meters, once used for processing of tobacco, was fully converted in 2012 in tourist accommodation over two floors, equipping each room of elegant finishes yet functional, cozy and warm, with a view to make it even more enjoyable stay for both couples and families. Each room enjoys total privacy and private services, a perfect combination of the rural style and offer a wide range of facilities needed for a stopover of relaxation and wellbeing. Have respected the rural style and uniqueness of the structure does not necessarily mean having renounced the comfort and hospitality. The six double rooms are bright, comfortable rooms with private bathroom with shower and toilet, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, air conditioning and heating, TV, minibar and safe. Each room enjoys a unique view of the vineyards of the Lugana wine estate.

The owners live in the same property in two completely separate and separate sections of the farmhouse.

Fantastic place for a big family gathering! All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, there’s wifi, air conditioning, and a pool (with toys for the little ones!) nestled among the olive groves. The villa is 15 minutes away from Lake Guarda’s most charming towns while secluded enough to feel like a private oasis. Plus, Sebin and Denise are such kind and friendly hosts who were always available, and who went above and beyond to make our stay special - including ice cream bars for the kids and a thoughtful present on my dad’s birthday. A truly magical stay!

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le logement (spacieux, ...), la terrasse couverte, l'environnement avec les oliviers, la piscine et le positionnement pour rayonner (vers venise, verone, le lac,...). Un bémol : nous aurions aimé savoir dès le début que le propriétaire habitait aussi dans une aile du logement (même s'il a été très discret).Propreté correcte, mais qui peut être améliorée.

Dear Gauthier, thanks for your review. we appreciated your stay in our country house. The house building is 1000 sqm large.. we consider absolutely necessary our presence inside a building that big for any need that could happen to provide the best vacation experience. it is the first time we receive such a note, everybody else was very happy. see you soon.
