Exceptional situation for this beautiful and large apartment on 3 levels of approximately 85m², fully south-facing, located in the heart of Carnac, facing the main beach, with a beautiful sea view. A parking space and a garage are available. Shops and restaurants within 1000m walking distance, supermarket 300m away.

Bathroom with double sink, bathtub, shower, towel dryer. Separate WC

1st floor:

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner ceramic hob, large refrigerator/freezer, sideboard, dining table, 6 chairs, numerous storage spaces

Living room with 160 cm sofa bed, trunk, armchairs, side table, sideboard, bay windows overlooking sea-facing terrace

2nd floor:

Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (90 cm) pushed together to form a 180 cm bed, armchairs and storage

Shower room with shower, sink, towel dryer and WC

Cupboard with ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner



Apartment for 6 people but ideal for 4 people.

Electric heating.



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €450 to be paid on site

Charges: electricity included from mid-May to early October, additional and metered outside this period.

Das Haus machte einen ungepflegten, stark abgenützten Eindruck. Die Silikonfugen in der Küche waren voll Schimmelbildung. Im Kühlschrank war innen teilweise Lack abgesplittert und rostig. WLAN ist heutzutage STANDARD , leider nicht installiert. Die Reinigung war sehr mangelhaft." Josef - Booking - 11/06/2025 Traduction : "La maison paraissait négligée et très usée. Les joints en silicone de la cuisine étaient couverts de moisissure. La peinture intérieure du réfrigérateur était écaillée et rouillée. Tres bon emplacement et superbe vue. Dommage que tout soit vieux et non réparé. Meubles de mauvaise qualité. Huisserie vieillissante (poignee chambre tourne sur elle même !) Moquette tres vieille et non hygiénique ( chambre d'en bas et escalier). Nous navons meme pas eu le wifi! Tv petite Dommage !
