Sneak in through the back kitchen door of this, simple yet luxurious, light filled cottage. Soup to nuts, almost everything is new, new, new! Enjoy the vaulted ceilings, shiplap and new appliances in the main living areas. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed as well as a cozy twin size sleeping nook/daybed off the main living area.

Best part, easy stroll to Historic Edgartown village and super short bike ride to Fuller Street Beach, Lighthouse Beach and Morning Glory Farm, where you can find local fruits and veggies, gourmet foods, and our favorite peach pie! This house is right off the bike path or walk around the corner to Stop & Shop, Dairy Queen and so much more. You won't need your car! The kids will love the nearby playground and library.

If you want serenity, enjoy looking out the kitchen window seat to the big lush yard.
There's always a plump robin out there and nice big hammock. Enjoy a BBQ (new gas or charcoal) at the picnic table under the umbrella or stay inside and watch your favorite movies and shows on the new Smart TV. Sprawl out on the large sectional while enjoying central AC/Heat or fan. Tons of amazing coffee shops and restaurants. Walk down to Rosewater Cafe, Behind the Bookstore, Among the Flowers, the upscale Atria, or pop into the ever bustling Atlantic restaurant to try out the amazing chowder or grilled cheese!

We had a wonderful stay in Edgartown. The house is centrally located and was perfect for our family of 4. The outside area is great for relaxing and having dinner and smores. Alicia and Tim were very responsive, provided great recommendations and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

My family had a wonderful stay in this charming, well-appointed cottage. It was a perfect place to stay with our kids - close to Edgartown, a park, a soccer field, and the library. The house itself is both beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The outdoor patio and yard were a wonderful oasis to come home to, and the outdoor shower was spacious and clean. We all loved all the little touches in the home--the bedding was extremely comfortable. We walked every morning into Edgartown and to the "lighthouse beach" and my kids played every day at the nearby school's fields. We can't wait to stay again! Oh, and the hosts could not have been more gracious and thoughtful during our stay. Excellent trip!

We had a wonderful time at the house. It’s a great location to walk to the center of Edgartown and convenient to a grocery and seafood shop. The backyard is nice with a deck and also a fire pit. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Great House • Best Location • Stellar Hosts • Remarkable Island

This was our second summer in this house (our 7th on island), and we’re already planning to return next year. Where you stay sets an entire tone for your trip. There really aren’t better located places than this! Easy walk to the center of Edgartown Village, a quick bike ride to Katama/South Beach. Easy walk to grocery, bikes, liquors store, fire store. Restaurants galore! In the midst of all you want to do and see, and at the same time, they have created a little private oasis in the backyard, which features one of my favorite outdoor showers on island. And above all, EXCELLENT nice responsive hosts! Thank you for another summer of memories, A & T! Counting down the days till the next!

Perfect Location! Cozy Accommodations! Very Vineyard Experience!

This was my family’s sixth summer on The Vineyard so we know it fairly well now. The location is wonderful - with all of Edgartown from Katama/South Beach to downtown Edgartown walkable or easily reached by bike. And the location would even serve a guest who comes on island without their car. The hosts could not be better with communications and what they have done to renovate/decorate their Edgartown cottage is very special and truly capturing The Vineyard ecstatic. Honestly, I think the cottage is even nicer in person than the pictures show. And after six summers and four different island homes, I vote this my favorite outdoor shower! We hope to return again next summer and stay in the same spot. Thank you, Tim and Alicia!

After three summers of the most magical stays here, I have to say we are genuinely devasted to leave this wonderful cottage and maybe even more so its fantastic owners [only scheduling has dictated this leave.] The location is SUPERB in the village proper of Edgartown but at the same time, it is located on the beginning of the outskirts to avoid any congestion. A perfect bike ride or walk to most everything you could wish to do on this side of The Vineyard - Jaws Bridge, Katama/South Beach, Morning Glory Farm, the list is endless. The cottage is cozy and at the same time so island chic. We adored how they planned every square inch perfectly. My favorite - the spot for getting ready and my boys adored the daybed. But the outdoors may even be better! What a spectacular porch and my very favorite shower on all the Vineyard in our eight summers there. We will miss your special place and mostly you, Alisha, but something tells me, we will see you again (and you will definitely get our annual picture each summer). We are so grateful to you for your hospitality and for hosting our best week each year. Anyone lucky enough to stay with you will be blessed for sure! A million thank yous but not goodbye! Lovely stay for our small family

Alicia and Tim’s home is in the perfect location - it’s about a 10 minute walk to the harbor in downtown Edgartown so you can choose to walk down Main Street or through the pretty neighborhood on your way there. It’s so close to State and South Beaches and also the Stop & Shop grocery store and bike rental shop. Pretty much an unbeatable location! The home is newly renovated with brand new appliances and furniture but still has some of the charm and character of its history like the doorknobs. We felt totally safe with our 1-year exploring around since the home is on one floor so there was no need to bring gates and there were not that many sharp corners for her to hit. Alicia and Tim did a great job thinking about what to provide to renters. Towels, soaps, hand sanitizers were all provided. They even had seafood crackers for our lobsters! The yard was great and very private too. We spent time out on the hammock and sitting at the table. Thank you so much Alicia and Tim. We are already recommending your home to our family and friends who are thinking of making trips to the Vineyard!

Amazing stay in Edgartown!

We had an amazing stay. The property is extremely well cared for with all the amenities you could want. The location and proximity to Edgartown was perfect - we often strolled into town for coffee in the morning and ice creams at night. Perfect MV Cottage!

From booking to check-out, our experience at this property and with the owners was near flawless. The cottage is absolutely adorable, squeaky clean, light and airy. Everything is updated, it’s tastefully decorated, and was perfect for my family of three. Though it could comfortably accommodate a few more guests. Alicia and Tim were highly responsive and exceptional hosts. They provided us with plenty of recommendations for our first time to Martha’s Vineyard, during the winter no less! The cottage itself is located within close proximity to Edgartown, and no more than a 30 minute drive pretty much anywhere on the island. We cannot wait to return!
