The place is brilliant to stay away from city and spend in convenient family villa.

Our family has got a great pleasure with experience to rent villa Tabou in august 2019. It is situated on the bottom of the mountains and well equipped for everyone. We have a lot of fun to enjoy a big swimming pool and make grill and barbeque in the yard with great and picturable view. Thanks Ramon for help, meeting products and late departure. Authentic Majorca!

We enjoyed our stay in this villa - it is great if you want the authentic Majorca. The villa was a good size and exceptionally clean and we enjoyed the pool which was large. It was lovely to wake to the sound of the chickens and sheep (and yes even the cockerel!). It was a little way to the more touristy areas but we liked that and the town of Campanet nearby was great for a drink in the evening or a meal if you wished. It was lovely to be so near the mountains and to wake up to that view every day. There were a few maintenance things that needed doing inside and outside the property but this may have been because we stayed near the end of the season. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this villa.

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur Empfehlen. Wir hatten ein sehr entspannten Urlaub. Der Kontakt mit Ramón war sehr gut und es wurden alle Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich sehr ruhig und läd zum Entspannen ein. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist eine kleine Herausforderung und man sollte schon ein geübter Autofahrer sein.Die Menschen im nahegelegenen Ort sind super nett und der Marktplatz lädt in den Abendstunden zum entspannten ein.Es fehlt in der Unterkunft aber an nix. Das einzige ist die Dusche, die gewöhnungsbedürftig ist und die Kaffeemaschine. Diese sollte mit der Zeit mal ausgetauscht werden da Sie viel zu klein ist und nicht richtig durchläuft. Die beiden Sachen, ist aber aus unserer Sicht nicht wirklich der Rede Wert.Es gab keine versteckte Kosten oder dergleichen.Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder Buchen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus.Sowohl die Ausstattung,die Größe , als auch die Sauberkeit und die absolut ruhige Lage entsprachen voll und ganz unseren Vorstellungen.Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Wasser,welches von Ramon in kürzester Zeit gelöst wurde.Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich an dieser Stelle den Swimmingpool,der uns schlichtweg begeistert hat und an dem wir dementsprechend viel Zeit verbracht haben.Sehr positiv überrascht waren wir vom Vorhandensein eines Gasgrills, den wir gern und häufig genutzt haben.Alles in Allem war es ein traumhafter Urlaub,den wir gerne wiederholen würden.

Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön, ruhig und naturnah. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer einfach und problemlos. Einige Dinge am und im Haus sind etwas verbesserungswürdig. Der Pool ist klasse, aber die Liegen aus Plastik sind leider alle in der mittleren Querstrebe gebrochen. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist zweckmäßig mit etwas Luft nach oben. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren sehr gut, schade, dass wir bei einer Fernbedienung die Batterien erst tauschen mussten. In Summe sind es einige Kleinigkeiten die man besser machen könnte, was unserer Urlaubsfreude kaum geschmälert hat.

Es waren sehr schöne Tage in einem tollen Haus. nur wie immer - leider zu kurz!!Eine sehr ruhige Lage aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Auch die Ausstattung ist Top! Und der Pool mit Liegefläche super!! Unsere Enkelkinder haben uns dort besucht und waren ebenfalls begeistert.

Peaceful retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Tabou and would highly recommend it to families looking for a base to explore the area.A hire car is essential but there are several excellent restaurants within 10 minutes drive in Selva,Campanet and Caimari and larger supermarkets within 15mins in Inca.The villa is very well equipped,has excellent aircon in most rooms and enjoys a lovely outside space with a fantastic 10m pool.There is a fenced off area to the side of the villa where chickens and sheep roam which adds to the charm and vines and lemon trees grow in the garden. Day trips to Palma,Alcudia and Soller can all be reached within the hour. A great villa and somewhere we would be happy to return to in the future.

Traumhafte Finca

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Finca gefühlt - alles ist genau so wie beschrieben. Ramon ist ein großartiger Gastgeber und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Top Haus mit großem Pool

Ein sehr schönes großes Haus mit einem riesigem Pool. Die Lage ist hervorragend für Ausflüge zu diversen Stränden oder Städten geeignet. Da das Haus sehr ländlich liegt, hatten wir in direkter Nachbarschaft Hühner und Schafe. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Wir wurden mehrfach gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder wir irgendwelche Probleme oder Sorgen hätten. Wir könnten uns jederzeit bei ihm melden. Wir hatten nur ein kleines Problem, welches sofort am nächsten Tag behoben wurde. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Nice house, very good landlord

We stayed at house during our Easter break. The house is well equipped, every room (with the exception of kitchen and bathroom) has air-conditioning which can be used either to cool or heating. The garden is big, same goes for the pool our boys had loads of fun in. Ramon, the landlord, is very accommodating and attentive. He responds almost immediately to all questions you might have and takes care of things very fast. He also supplied us with fresh eggs during our stay. Kids can also watch the chicken and sheep right next to the property or play safely on the private road leading to the house. We will come back for sure in the future.

Einfach toll. Kaum angekommen stellte sich direkt ein Wohlfühlgefühl ein und das hielt den ganzen Urlaub an. Ich komme bestimmt und gerne wieder.
