On the edge of Grazel beach, this cottage for 6 people, located on the 3rd and last floor of the luxury residence "Laguna Beach", offers great benefits:
-Environment: swimming pool, terrace where to take meals, private solarium of 50m² on the roof.
-Very bright accommodation: 1 bedroom with a 160 bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 bed, 2 single beds, shower room and separate WC, baby bed, fitted kitchen open to the living room, washing machine, fan. The residence is serviced by a lift.
Weekly rental preferred, minimum 4 days. Discount for bookings of several weeks. The rental price includes housekeeping of the apartment and the supply of linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloth).
Calm and secure environment.
Marina, shops and local services within 200m.
Many tourist, sporting and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity, in France or in Spain.

Contact et accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Appartement parfaitement adapté, situé idéalement face à la mer et proche des commerces essentiels. Hors saison, le calme de la ville est apaisant et le soleil toujours présent !
