This house, located in Gruissan, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a shared pool from 15 June to 31 August and a furnished terrace.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a CD player and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 4 or outside, on the terrace enjoying views of the swimming pool and the garden.
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The house features a fan, cleaning products, a washing machine, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, central heating and air conditionning.
Note that tourist tax is included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

logement de vacances

très bon accueil, situation calme, reposant terrasse appréciable, intérieur pas très spacieux, douchette qui fuit porte qui grince, cuisine les filtres de là hôte surchargés de graisses, et très dommage les peintures qui débordent sur les poutres et luminaires ( piscine fermée) sans réduction de location
