About this property

Cabin in wooded area with hot tub and two jacuzzi tubs. Sleeps 6.

Large private wooded area with a deck with a hot tub. Two charcoal grills (one in front and one in back) and fire pit and picnic table and four large Adirondack chairs. Each bedroom has a king size bed and a large jacuzzi tub and full bathroom, also with large tv’s. Spacious living room with queen size sofa bed. Plenty of games and puzzles for all ages and some toys for small children . Kitchen with new appliances and fully stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. I keep bottled water in cabinet in case you forgot to bring some. Washer and dryer. I also keep laundry detergent and softener for your use. Front porch with swing and two rocking chairs. Just a few miles from Kroger and Publix and Restaurants. I don’t allow smoking in cabin but I do have a place on front porch to smoke if needed.

My daughter and I planned this trip to take our 92 yr old friend on a vacation. She uses a cane and we needed a place that was accessible for her. She was able to smoothly enter the house, with only one short step entering the house, She thoroughly enjoyed her stay, and so did we. It was clean and had the amenities we needed. It was charming and near places we wanted to visit.

Beautiful cabin. Host is friendly and fast to respond.We loved how clean and comfortable it was. This host provides lots of extras.My grandson loved all the games and toys.The fire pit outside was nice, also.We will definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! Fast communications with the owner when we couldn’t find WiFi password. It would have helped if we looked on the refrigerator! A we saw bears. Couldn’t get any better than that.

The location of the cabin was perfect. We were here on business and it was centrally located to the shows we attended. The cabin is beautifully decorated and had all the items we needed to enjoy our stay.

When we arrived at our 4pm check in the house had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The hot tub was disgusting and the grill was missing. I contacted the owner and she offered to have a cleaner there by 6:45. We drove 10hours to get there and had show tickets for 7pm. She offered an extra day that we could not stay for. So we left she got almost 1000.00 and did not give a darn about us or the fact that she cost us double for our vacation. Do not rent. The pictures do not match. I have pictures of the filthy hot tub and unmade beds.

I apologized several times and called the cleaners immediately and they were there in less than an hour, and had it cleaned about 6:30. The hot tub had not been used because I was the guest and I did not use it. Also I told you that the extra grill had rusted out and was not safe to use so I removed it. I also told you that there was another grill next to the fire pit that we had installed earlier. I offered you several options including a free night and a late check out and you did not want to hear anything I had to say. You just kept saying you wanted your money back, I could not offer that because you had payed VRBO not me. You also said your time was valuable and you were leaving. I apologize so many times and tried so hard to make you happy but you refused to even let me try. I even told you that you were welcomed to come back when it was cleaned and we would work it out. Again I’m am so sorry that I couldn’t make you happy.

I have been widowed since 2015, was married 40 years. I have 2 wonderful sons and 3 grandchildren that are the light of my life. I have retired and stay busy with my home in Georgia and my cabin in Pigeon Forge. I love to travel and want to continue for as long as I can.

Why they chose this property

It’s in a beautiful area and I work very hard to make it clean and inviting. I constantly strive to improve it and always take your suggestions seriously. And what’s not to love in Pigeon Forge with the beautiful Smoky Mountains and all the shows and activities? My cabin is only 3 miles from the main parkway and 11 miles fro Gatlinburg. I come often because this is my home away from home and I totally love it here.
