Domaine du Bas de ChĂȘne: large capacity gĂźte with 43 beds, consisting of 3 gĂźtes: ALPAGA, CASTOR, WALLABY. Totality: 8 double rooms + a dormitory of 12 beds. 6 bathrooms + 2 shower rooms. Our domain: (outdoor area: 30 hectares) is on the edge of the Morvan Natural Park, in the middle of a clearing in a picturesque village: Saint Sernin du Bois. We welcome you for your family events: cousinades, weddings, birthdays, bachelor parties. In gourmet evenings, the hostess will make you taste the Burgundy specialties, as well as Russian dishes, served with wine from the region.
The deposit check of 800 € is requested upon delivery of the keys.
Animals are accepted.
Non smoking cottage.

Agréable séjour dans un endroit atypique

On a passé un trÚs, trÚs agréable séjour TrÚs jolie demeure avec un superbe parc animalier Belle salle de séjour pour organiser un repas avec cheminée (et braséro) Nos hÎtes sont accueillants, charmants et réactifs. Pour plus de 30 adultes, nous avons quelques points d'attention : * La Cuisine en proximité de la salle est petite . * Pas de salon avec fauteuils pour discuter / échanger. * Couchage pour max 15 couples adultes (les autres doivent dormir en dortoir ou dans canapé dépliant) * Pas de billard comme annoncé initialement

Paradis pour enfants

Nous étions une vingtaine d'adultes et une dizaine d'enfants. Il y a de la place pour tout le monde, sans se marcher dessus. Les enfants ont été ravis de profiter des jeux et des animaux. Personne ne s'est ennuyé durant ce week-end. HÎte disponible et réactive. TrÚs bon séjour pour l'ensemble des participants !

Dépaysement et sérénité !!

La magnifique maison de Tatiana est un véritable havre de tranquilité, au croisement de jolies sentiers de randonnées et au coeur d'un parc animalier étonnant! Nous avons été une petite vingtaine a profiter de son hébergement pour un weekend et tout a été parfait! Merci a elle pour son accueil!!

Incroyable anniversaire dans un cadre parfait

Je voulais fĂȘter mes 27 ans dans un endroit oĂč il etait possible de reunir plus d'une trentaine de personnes. Non seulement le lieu correspondait parfaitement Ă  nos attentes, car nous avons pu faire la fĂȘte tout le weekend, mais le cadre Ă©tait juste gĂ©nial pour profiter du parc animalier la journĂ©e! Un grand merci aux propriĂ©taires pour ces deux jours qui sont dĂ©sormais inoubliables!

Un endroit hors du temps !

Nous Ă©tions 35 personnes sur place pour un anniversaire et nous avons pu profiter du parc animalier (gĂ©nial ! Un petit Ăąnon de 4 jours a mobilisĂ© beaucoup de caresses), manger tous Ă  la mĂȘme grande table dans la piĂšce principale, danser, et dormir sur place. Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour fantastique, les propriĂ©taires sont adorables et trĂšs prĂ©venants, les chambres impeccables. Tatiana nous a recommandĂ© un super traiteur dans le coin, je recommande vraiment cette adresse !
