SUPERB APARTMENT 100M FROM THE SEA AND VILLAGE

Superb sea view apartment with continuous balcony completely redone by architect and located on the 2nd floor of a villa typical of seaside resorts of the 19th century. Ideally located 100 m from the sea and the village of Villers sur Mer. Many activities are offered (concerts, nautical center, tennis, horse riding, etc.). You will feel at home as at home. We trust our guests and leave at our disposal our board games, books, DVDs so that they have the best comfort.

Ideally located a few steps from the sea and the historic center of Villers sur Mer, you will have access to excellent food shops! dairy, fishmonger, bakery, etc. Market twice a week. Sea at 100m! Ultra quiet, in a private passage.

Train at Villers sur Mer station which stops at Deauville especially in summer.

Super Localisation, appartement très fonctionnel et bien décoré

Appartement familial propre tenu par des proprietaires serieux, idealement situé proche de la mer

Appartement au 2eme etage par escalier idealement situé a mi-chemin de la mer et du centre ville, c'est a dire 5mn a pieds. 3 chambres avec couchages de qualité et possibilité d'avoir un lit parapluie pour bébé. Pour qui aime cusiner, la cuisine est tres bien equipee tant au niveau de l'electromenager que de la vaisselle. Les 2 salles d'eau sont tres fonctionnelles et propres. Le salon est spacieux et il y a la possibilité de lire des livres de la bibliotheque (pour enfant et adulte) et d'utiliser les jeux pour enfant. De plus, la possibilité d'utiliser le lave-linge et la place de parking sont de vrais atouts. Enfin, la communication avec les proprietaires fut parfaite. Sejour ideal pour famille avec enfants y compris en bas ages. En synthese, un appartement familial propre et sain, efficace a tout point de vue et tenu par des proprietaires serieux.

Magnifique appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est extrêmement bien situé, à 2 min des plages et de tous les commerces. Il est parfaitement meublé et équipé, très confortable, idéal pour une famille avec enfants. Les hôtes sont très accueillants. Une mini-remarque, l’une des chambres n’est pas équipée de rideaux occultants.
