Comfortable and friendly house close to the beach

Warm and functional house in a quiet street, close to the beach, the city center, the tennis club . Everything is easily accessible, you can walk everywhere.
The house has a large living room with fireplace and a beautiful sunny garden.
There is a ping pong table, books and dvd (english french), games, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, plancha...and 4 bicycles.
There is also 1 extra bed if needed.
From Saturday to Saturday.
No excessive noise will be tolerated, no music in the garden. This is not a house to organize parties.

Great stay

Two fabulous weeks spent at this beautiful house in Villers sur mer. Just as we were told in the description, it was a perfect location with short walks to shops, restaurants and the huge beach. Thoroughly recommend.

Maison de famille agréable et confortable

La maison est ancienne, son ameublement également mais tous les équipements électriques sont modernes et efficaces. Maison régulièrement occupée. Ainsi toutes les penderies contiennent de nombreux cintres. Repas pris à l’extérieur, grâce à un store électrique retractable. A 6 minutes d’une belle plage et à 9 minutes d’un centre ville actif et agréable. Bref, de quoi passer d’excellentes vacances. A mentionner la grande courtoisie et la disponibilité de l’hôte.

Ein netter Aufenthalt mit der Familie am Meer

Das freistehende Einfamilienhaus liegt im Wohngebiet von Villers-sur-mer. Die Lage ist ruhig, Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Tourist-Info sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus wird auch privat viel genutzt. Dementsprechend findet sich alles, was man brauchen könnte. Uns waren es in einigen Schränken zu viele Gegenstände. Dementsprechend schwierig ist es, die Küche ordentlich zu halten. Weniger wäre hier besser. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war gut. Man hat uns bei allen Fragen gerne und freundlich weiter geholfen.

Malgré un temps mitigé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa "Guérinet". Maison idéalement située, à 400m du centre-ville et de la plage, avec tout le confort souhaité : vélos, table de ping-pong, wifi, adresses sympas, grand et beau jardin entretenu, bouteille de cidre de bienvenue, organisation sans défaut et accueil charmant. Bref, une maison à recommander.

Très agréable séjour

Maison bien conçue avec 5 vraies chambres et de vrais couchages. 2 salles de bain et 2 WC, un luxe lorsque la tribu est grande. La maison est idéalement située à plus d'un titre : dans une rue calme et à 2 pas de la plage mais aussi à quelques kilomètres de villes comme Deauville, Honfleur... Les propriétaires ne sont pas sur place mais ils restent disponibles et sont très sympathiques ce qui ne gâche rien. A.L.

This is our Family house. We have been coming to Villers for 40 years and have built this warm and functional house 20 years ago.
We love it because at the end of the street there is over 2km long or sandy beach. This is place of leisure, entertainment and discovery in front of an exceptional panorama, perfect for families or to enjoy with friends.
