One of the most popular ways to get around the city is on St. Charles Streetcar (trolley) that will take you straight down to the entertainment headquarters of the world. The streetcar is only 2 blocks away from your home.
The charming house has a fully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and custom-made furniture designed with comfort in mind. Moreover, this cozy 3BR home has a beautiful terrace/deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon drink.

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Enjoyed our stay!

The listing was clean and had everything we needed (except a toaster). There was construction going on in the street which was a little confusing at first but it all worked out. The home is in an up and coming neighborhood. Close and within walking distance to many areas of New Orleans. The managing company was easy to contact, answered questions, and helped when needed.

Property description was accurate. Cute shotgun home.

Property as described . Only recommendation is to have a little later check out time as 1000 am was too early , 1100 or noon. Would of been better ! Kitchen towels would of been nice, we used faced cloths in the kitchen . Otherwise the home fit our needs .

Great price and decent location

The house was as described. The location to downtown was great. However, the neighborhood itself is being renovated so the surrounding homes and people that hang out outside of the house are a bit questionable. The house rules were pretty extensive, but I can somewhat understand why they are in place. I didn’t like the rule about the time that you had to be inside from the backyard patio. It was almost like a curfew lol!

Winter Getaway

The lock on door is hard to open when you are holding phone for code and having to turn knob and deadbolt. Love the details on facade in area. Can tell the neighborhood is improving with vrbos being fixed up. Had a great time. Only 12$ to $15 for Uber to the quarter. Could have been more handsoap for bathroom and there were no kitchen towels besides paper towels. A nice home to stay in. Had WiFi problems the second day with TV buffering. Next day and that evening it worked fine. Played the board games provided.

Good but some issues

Propertys was nice but there were a few issues. First the walls were super thin and I could hear our next door neighbors snoring at night when I was trying to sleep. Also, the light on my room would randomly turn on when I was sleeping and wake me up. It would turn on like 4-5 times a night. Other than that the property was clean and in a good location.

Adult Getaway

Condo was beautiful just as shown in photo, rooms were a little small. Location not so beautiful, but we didn't have any problems and it was very quiet. Free parking in front of condo door. Bus stop a couple of blocks from condo but we didn't feel comfortable walking in the area and too far for some of us with mobility issue. But the condo was great.

Great Location and Amenities

This was a great property and very conveniently located to the trolley and other great dining. Convenient to the WWII museum and easy access to other New Orleans. We enjoyed the house and it was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were amazing. We will definitely consider this location for another visit/trip to New Orleans.
