You can swim and fish right on the property, or walk down Ocean Boulevard to find a plethora of local restaurants to sample. For scenic days with your guests, take a stroll to the Isle of Palms County Park. Boasting a playground, grills, and a sand volleyball court, fun-filled days with the whole family await! The Isle of Palms Marina is also just two miles east, where you can rent jet skis or paddleboards or book a boat tour. Downtown Charleston, with its world-class restaurants and rich culture and history, is only 13 miles west as well.

After exciting days out and about, return to a bright oasis sporting aquatic decor that perfectly complements your Gulf-front location. The cozy open-concept living space makes it seamless to pivot from watching your favorite shows on TV while lounging to preparing a tasty snack in the full kitchen. Head out to the furnished shaded balcony to breathe in the fresh air as you gaze at the gorgeous watery vista before you. When it's time to wind down for the evening, the sleeping options are plentiful and comfortable. The bedroom even includes its own TV to view as you rest.

Beautiful views and easy beach access
I loved how clean the unit was and how close it was to the beach. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I and we loved how you could literally hear the crashing waves from bedroom and balcony. It was very helpful having restaurants, a coffee shop, and a convenient store in walking distance as well.

Cute little place with great views
As long as you can handle the 3 flights of stairs the views from the 3rd floor Building A are the best! Walked out the front door to watch the sun rise every morning and drank coffee on the porch because the sun is not directly shining on Building A like it is on Building C. Building A is right by the pier and 1 of the beach accesses. The units are small, but you don’t feel cramped with 2 adults. Great location. We walked to breakfast, Sea Biscuit and dinner almost every day. The only thing I wished this place had was a Kuerig coffee pot. Had to go back to old school. No Starbucks close by. Grounds are very well maintained. Pool cleaned daily. Overall a great little weekend get away. I will note on one side is the county park (bathrooms, showers) and across the street is the only public parking, so the beach is crowded in this area more so than other areas, but we were not on top of each other

The location is amazing! Can walk to many restaurants and some shops. Beach and pool access couldn’t be beat. Only complaint is that there is not an elevator. There are A LOT of stairs. Otherwise we loved it!
