In the Heart of Isle of Palms, our Sea Cabin Villa is just steps away from the sand and private pool. The fishing pier is for Sea Cabin guests only, along with private beach access paths. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath Villa is fully furnished beach decor, sleeps 4, and provides 6-Star hospitality with plush bath and bed linens included. Fully-stocked and equipped kitchen opens to living room and covered balcony. Open the doors and listen to the ocean! Spend the day enjoying the beach and pool or make the short drive to Historic Downtown Charleston. Nearby Mount Pleasant and Sullivan's Island offer shopping and restaurants, as well as historic sites to see like Fort Moultrie, Patriots Point USS Yorktown and the amazing Ravenel cable suspension bridge you can walk across. You may decide not to leave the Island at all - only a very short walk to shopping, restaurants and live entertainment year round. We love the Isle of Palms and all that it has to offer, and so will you!

We love this place. Last year we booked it again about an hour after arriving and same the year. Location couldn’t be better. We walked to breakfast every morning, the beach every afternoon, and dinner/bars every night. And sometimes the pool too. Easy trip into Charleston and great parking! Can’t say enough positive things.

Cozy condo on beach

Cute property in great location that is on the beach. Owners were quick to respond with questions. Perfect property for a couple to take a long weekend beach trip. We will stay again and thanks for allowing us to stay!

Perfect beach condo

The best location we could even think about asking for! Walking distance to great restaurants, very close to HT and of course…oceanfront. We were at the beach in about 2 minutes everyday. There was a pool on site that was relaxing as well. And with a private parking lot, you could take the short drive into Charleston and not worry about losing a parking spot. We will be back here, for sure!

Lovely location

The unit was in a lovely location. Although the unit was small, it met our needs. It was very clean and well-decorated. The beach was a short walk away. We had a lovely NY weekend at IOP. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. Isle of Palms is a great place to visit. Thanks!!

Girls get away

Second time at this condo :). We love it. It’s perfect for our girl get always. I grew up on IOP and it always nice to go home. This co do is fully stocked and within walking distance of anything you may need. Amazing shopping is only a few minutes away. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

The condo was super clean. The only issue was the toilet sounded like a jackhammer every time we flushed. Pretty annoying I must say! Bring your own coffee pods.

Perfect beach condo

A wonderful, relaxing headquarters for a couple days at the beach. Stayed here with my 7-year-old while turning a visit to local family into a beach vacation; my parents stayed as well. The inside is cute, clean, and very well kept. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed in terms of pots, pans, dishes, etc. As a coffee addict, I was happy to see both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. My parents said the pull-out sofa bed was more comfortable than most real beds, and the queen bed in the bedroom was also great. The porch/balcony was lovely and had several seats, but watch out for mosquitos when the breeze isn’t blowing. There was a beach chair and umbrella for use as well.Location is superb. It was a three-minute walk from the door, across the small parking lot, to the beach access, and on to the beach. It’s an easy walk to several restaurants and breakfast options, ice cream stand, beach store, etc. There’s a grocery store within a 5-minute drive, and a Target about 10 minutes away.We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or the laundromat (which takes credit cards), but they looked great and it was nice to have the option.Donna, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to answer our questions, and she made the stay seamless.

Condo stay

Place is small, I can handle that. Place was old, I can handle that. Place was not updated, I can handle that! What was difficult to handle was the bed was hard and hurt my back and the couch was uncomfortable and furniture was stained and dirty looking! The bathroom fan was extremely loud and gave me a headache. Loved the location and the area.

Clean, convenient, a few issues

We found this cabin to be clean and convenient to attractions. The decor was very "beachy" which we loved. There were several downsides to staying there. The neighbors were often noisy, especially at night. We were also not told that we should check in at the Wyndam office upon arrival. They had more instructions for us than we got from Donna about our stay. They also provided a new light in the kitchen when the other one burned out. The cable was not working when we arrived but they got it fixed that day. We would also suggest putting a screen on the sliding door. We left it open slightly to feel the breeze and hear the ocean, but a few bugs came in. We would return to IOP in a heartbeat, but most likely look for a larger place to stay that was less crowded. The access to the beach from this cabin would be hard to beat though!

We came down for a friend's wedding and decided to make it a long weekend vacation. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. We loved breakfast on the balcony with the ocean in the background. The complex was quiet and everyone we saw was friendly!

We have owned a Sea Cabin Villa since 1996. This is our 3rd purchase. Everytime we sell one we miss it so much we have to have another one! Visit the Isle of Palms and you will understand. We love to travel but this is our favorite place to relax and enjoy the beach and eat wonderful seafood.

What makes this property unique

The Sea Cabin Villas are in a perfect location -- right on the beach with private gated beach access. You are one block from quaint beach stores, restaurants, grocery store and year-round nightly entertainment. Historic Charleston is a must to see if you have never experienced its charm. There is so much to do here -- or do nothing but enjoy the sun and listen to the ocean from the condo.
