Meet your dream oceanside condo, perfect for a getaway to the beach with your loved ones! This amazing 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located in the Sea Cabins Condominiums complex, and when you stay here you get to enjoy all the community amenities, such as the private fishing pier and oceanside pool! It is not pet-friendly, but very family-friendly!! The Sea Cabin Condominiums are each 490 square feet. You won't be disappointed with this one! You will have many wonderful memories to take with you!
Things to know prior to booking your stay:
- The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor. - Full Disclosure: There is a small bunk bed built into the hallway – they are loved by children and even perfect for some small adults. They’re also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”. - All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen! - 1st floor condos offer peeks of the ocean from the private balcony! 2nd and 3rd floor offer the best direct views of the Atlantic Ocean! - Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying. - Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or you can download an app to pay! - Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass during peak season (June 1 – August 1). One extra pass may be requested during the off season. - The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round. - No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor. - No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation. - This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!
This property is located on the first floor and has the added benefit of being an end unit, with views of the ocean from the patio! Step inside the home and you’ll find an entry hallway area, which offers up an additional built-in bunk bed—perfectly cozy for a child including bunk rails & a ladder if you need extra sleeping space. From here you can journey onto the living and kitchen area.
Guest to this property will find the kitchen is fully-equipped—great for making your own dinners at home or grabbing a nutritious snack before heading out to the beach. There’s a Keurig coffee maker as well as a three-seater breakfast bar, and all the typical kitchen appliances you’d need, including an elegant wine glass holder! This space flows into the living area, which is furnished with a flat-screen TV, a brand new sofa, and an extra chair. The TV has cable, and the unit has free Wi-Fi, giving you everything you need to stay connected on the go.
From the living area, glass doors lead out to the patio, where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or relax in the ocean air. Furnished with a high-top bistro set, it’s a great place to eat breakfast, and two lounge chairs provide additional outdoor seating. Inside, you’ll find the master bedroom, with queen bed, as well as a shower/tub combo full bathroom. If you’d like to rent beach gear or bikes, there are several rental places nearby!
When you stay at the Sea Cabin Condominiums, you’ll enjoy a central location right in the heart of town. You’re only a walk away from the beach outside your door, and this is one of the few areas on the Isle with lifeguards, giving you additional safety while splashing around in the Atlantic. Located right on Ocean Blvd, you’ll also be close to local nightlife, restaurants, beach shopping, ice-cream parlors, the county park, and everything else you could want to be close to for your vacation, such as a grocery store and post office. This adorable condo has all you need for an Isle of Palms vacation!
Bed Layout: Bedroom has a Queen Bed with TV. There is a brand new Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. The hallway consists of a bunk bed built-in to the wall - perfect for a small child!
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool including a kiddie pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and also have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are centrally located right on Ocean Blvd which is a great location to be within walking distance to Local Restaurants, Beach Shopping, the county park, ice cream shops, island night life, and more! The Sea Cabin Condominiums each 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! Wireless Internet is also available. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves. Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, fantastic dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Beautiful location , easy beach/pier access, check-in/out process flawless. Kitchen was well equipped but all we used was the Keurig, refrigerator and dishwasher.....walking distance to many fantastic restaurants!

Overall the property and location was great. If I have one issue it was mattress on bed in bedroom. Very much in need of replacing.

This property was perfect for our stay. My husband has some mobility issues and it was easy in and out, plus the tiled floor helped. It really had everything we needed and easy to get to the beach. We visit every year in Feb and would love to stay again. The only comment I would have was that since the weather was colder, we needed to use the quilt from the second bedroom on the bed also since the one in the master wasn’t quite warm enough in it’s own. I am sure it would have been fine in the summer but Feb was chilly.
Perfect for a couple. Close to plenty of attractions and in a quiet spot. Had a few lightbulbs that were out and the TV would lose connection to the internet completely (would not reconnect). But we spent most of our time out and about anyways

Property was in desperate need of updating and maintenance. Main bedroom bed need to be replaced, wallpaper was torn on the hallway bunk bed, bathroom tub didn’t drain very well. Location is accurate, this place is on the beach. For the price we were expecting a more well maintained condo and property.

Hi Sean - thank you for the comments and I’m sorry there were some maintenance items during your stay that needed attention. We always do our best to address all maintenance items as they are brought to our attention.
The drain has been fixed and the wall where paint had peeled (probably from a kid picking at it) has now been sanded and repainted. I will mention to the owner about the bed but I didn’t find any issues with it upon inspection not had any other guest have an issue. We will keep an eye on it though and replace if needed!
Like I said we do our best to offer a very comfortable condo in a fantastic location! We take our customer feedback seriously and will always strive to keep making improvements! Thanks !

The condo was not as advertised and we were disappointed in our stay. We will not be staying here again. Until things are fixed and repaired, do not stay here. It wasn't all bad but I wish we had been notified ahead of time of the storm damage.
So very disappointing in the cleanliness and accommodations were dirty. Needs update at least the bedspread washed and sofa cleaned. Tv didn’t work 2 of the 4 nights and the managements didn’t seem to care.

The condo is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and complete renovation. Everything is decades old and mismatched. Cobwebs as you enter, food on the kitchen ceiling and a toilet that didn’t flush. Not sure where the ocean view was from in our condo. A more accurate description would be parking lot view.

Hi Terri - I’m so disappointed to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay! We have pictures to show exactly what will be in the condo as far as decor goes. We also have a picture from the balcony so that you can see what your view will be. I’ve never had anyone complain about cobwebs or the other items you mentioned but I’ll be sure if they are there that they will be addressed. Carroll Realty would have been happy to address any issues you had, if only you would’ve let us know!
This cabin was great for our weekend get away. My wife and I liked being on the first floor more than we thought! Cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Carroll Realty was very quick in getting back with us when we needed to communicate. Overall, we would stay in this cabin again.
We booked late in the year and came across this gem. This booking is reasonably priced, close to the beach (a few hundred ft) with a view of the ocean and a private beach, pier, pool and parking.
Small things that could be improved would be a new/clean comforter on the bed and a new mattress- it is very soft.
Apart from these items which I disregard due to the cost, I highly recommend.
Please note: Carroll Realty is the property management company chosen by the homeowner and requires that their rental agreement be signed prior to occupying the property.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.
Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
