This delightful large holiday house has been in the same family since it was built in 1938. It sleeps 13 (plus 2 cots for babies) in 6 bedrooms and has spacious rooms for dining and sitting plus a playroom with table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor sitting space and the large garden leads straight on to the coast path with easy access to Daymer Bay, Rock, Polzeath, and St Enodoc with superb views out to sea and across to Padstow.

Fantastic holiday house in superb position.

The house is amazing, in such a wonderful position and so spacious. Everything is there that you could possibly need. You can walk straight out of the door onto the cliff path, an easy walk to Polzeath and Daymer bay. It feels like a real family holiday home, we loved it!

Stunning Location, Perfect!

We booked Bryn Ivor to celebrate my fathers 70th birthday, in total there were 12 of us. The house is huge and easily accommodated us all comfortably - I can't stress enough how much space is on offer here! The kitchen had a fantastic selection of cutlery, tableware and pots/pans, glasses etc. The house is in a stunning location with uninterrupted views of the sea, at the bottom of the garden you have direct access to a small beach and walk 10 minutes along the South West Coastal Path in either direction takes you to two beautiful beaches Polzeath or Daymer Bay. We opted to have our linen included, this was fresh and in excellent condition. The beds were all very comfortable as were the 2 full sized cots. The children loved the huge garden and also the large games room with table tennis, table football and board games. The dining table is huge and easily seated 12. Rachel the owner has been a pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and she even accommodated our well behaved dogs. This house is in the most stunning location with ample space for large families/groups, we loved the character and feel of the property and we are all in agreement that we would love to return. Thank you for a truly perfect weekend away, we couldn't have asked for anything more and your home has exceeded all our expectations. Kind Regards
