Charming house in one of the most typical hamlets of the island of Oléron. It is located in a dead end without any passage, therefore very quiet. Close to the beach (900 m).
The pretty, fully enclosed tree-lined garden (520 m2), not overlooked, will allow you to have a pleasant lunch in the shade, to relax in the sunbathing areas. If you have children, they can safely play around.
Tastefully decorated, and with every comfort.

1.5 km from the Port de la Cotinière and its shops, 4 km from Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron ("Capital" of the island).
Cycling paths nearby will allow you to criss-cross the island by bike.

We call on a Concierge service (Coup2mains Agency in Saint-Pierre d'Oléron) who will welcome you.
Optional rental of bed and bathroom linen. The Concierge can take care of cleaning if you leave (count a cleaning fee of € 100 for the house).

Belle maison au calme

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten zwei Wochen lang eine unvergessliche Zeit. Es hat alles gestimmt. Die Lage des Hauses, die Ausstattung, der Garten und das Wetter. Mit den Fahrrädern sind wir zu Stränden und in Orte gefahren. Das Auto haben wir fast nie benutzt. Vor der Tür war ein kleiner Stellplatz an der Mauer. Die Bilder in der Anzeige müssten überholt werden. Das Haus ist noch hübscher und gemütlicher als auf den Fotos. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder!

We hebben genoten van het huis en de inrichting. Drie slaapkamers was fijn voor de kinderen (ieder eigen kamer) en verder van alle gemakken voorzoen

Zauberhaftes Haus auf der Insel

Dieses Haus ist wirklich außergewöhlich. Es wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab diverse Lebensmittel, die man nutzen durfte, wie Öl, Salz und Zucker außerdem konnte man die vorhanden Kräuter benutzen. Im Badezimmer gab es sogar ein Set mit Pflaster und den wichtigsten Medikamenten. Unsere Teenager Kinder haben sich darüber gefreut, dass man mit dem Fernseher Netflix sehen konnte. Im wunderschönen Garten konnten wir entspannt frühstücken. Der Garten ist wirklich sehr romatisch mit der kleinen Mauer aus Natursteinen. Man muss allerdings beachten, dass die beiden größeren Betten nur 140 cm breit sind. Aber dies steht auch in der Beschreibung des Inserates. Mit den Rädern haben wir die ganze Insel erkundet. Man fährt ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Rad nach Cotiniere. Cotiniere bietet alles was man braucht. Tolle Bäcker, Restaurants, Bars und kleine Läden zum Stöbern. Die Kommunikation mit Fabienne lief sehr gut. Sie reagiert sehr schnell. Auch der Concierge, der ums am Haus erwartet hat, war sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses charmante Haus nur empfehlen!

Schönes Haus mit Traumgarten

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage mit dem großen schön angelegten Garten fanden wir super. Die mittlere Lage auf der Insel ist sehr gut, um mit dem Fahrrad Touren zu starten oder an verschiedene Strände zu kommen. Die Orte La Cotinière und Saint-Pierre sind ca. 3 bis 4km entfernt.

Agréable maison MAIS

Agreable maison et joli jardin. MAIS : - plateau de douche bouché ( j’ai dû démonter la bonde) et pas net. - lavabo s.de bains bouché dès le troisième jour - freezer non dégivré Quand j’ai fait part de ces problèmes à la dame ( fort désagréable) qui faisait l’état des lieux de départ ( executé en 4 mns ), elle m’a dit “eh oui, c’est la fin de saison ! “(sic) Et elle a ajouté:”vous savez, j’ai encore 35 maisons à voir “ Donc problème important quant à la minutie de l’état des lieux à la sortie ce qui répercute sur la qualité du nettoyage.

Très agréable maison et bon emplacement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabienne. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et as tout le confort souhaité. Taille parfaite pour 4 peronnes. Nous avons apprécié le quartier calme. Toutefois, le parking peut devenir un problème en haute saison. Louez des vélos!

Maison agréable et bien équipée

Très bon séjour . Bien équipée la maison est confortable et au calme. Un rideau pour la baie sur le chemin serait bienvenu pour plus d intimité.

Séjour en famille à Oléron

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin arboré est un vrai plus pour vous reposer, jouer ou déjeuner en famille. Le lieu est très calme et idéalement situé à proximité d'un maraîcher bio. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

Vacances a Oléron

Services assez efficaces , Propriétaire , très sympathique , gentilles attentions , séjour réussie , Maison agréable et Jardin bien ombrager , petit Bémols emplacement pas si pratique que ça , pour la voiture ... mais bon hors saisons , ont finis par quasi , avoir sa place . pleine saison ? je ne peut pas dire , je ne connait pas .

Parfait

Maison fidèle à la description et aux photos, dans un petit village charmant et central pour visiter l’ile. La décoration est soignée, elle est parfaitement équipée. On s’y sent bien.
