DON'T LEAVE IT TO LATE, GET THAT SUMMER DATE EVERYONE ELSE IS STARTING TO LOOK FOR! BOOK NOW! NOW TAKING BOOKINGS!!
Located in Southwest Harbor known as the quiet side of Mount Desert Island, minutes from downtown shops and restaurants.The property is set back off Main Street and next to the golf course! The property is less than a 2 minute drive to Echo lake which has its own beach with lifeguards and much warmer water than the ocean, water reaches 75 degrees in the summer VERY NICE FOR A RELAXING SWIM OR JUST RELAX THE DAY AWAY WITH A BOOK. But if you prefer the Ocean We are minutes from that as well, We have Sand beach that is in the Acadia National Park. Its is also close to the stop for the free Island Explorer shuttle bus that serves the entire Island. Southwest Harbor is 15 minutes drive from Bar Harbor and minutes from Acadia National Park, hiking, biking, kayaking, whale watching and all of nearby attractions.


Property overveiw: This condo style rental has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom - It has a loft bedroom with 1 Queen bed. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and has 1 x Queen Bed + 1 x Twin bed. It will sleep a total of 4 people.

The rental is fully equipped - It comes with linen and towels provided ( PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS) as the rental towels are for the bathroom only. It has a full bathroom. Full Kitchen inc - Stove / Fridge freezer / Microwave / Breakfast table/cutlery, plates, toaster, coffee maker, etc ....

The lounge has 2 and 3 seat sofas plus lounge chair, LED roku app T.V. inc cable channels, Netflix etc, etc + free wireless internet conection.

The yard is at the back of the building and has a picnic table and grill / BBQ

The rental lived up to the description and was conveniently located on Mount Desert Island. It was clean, spacious, the owner was responsive to any questions. Proximity to Acadia and all of the harbor towns was great. We look forward to staying there again on future trips.

Perfect place for our trip to Acadia NP

Nice place and well equipped with supplies. Acadia is spread out all over the area so you are a good drive to some trails and views but still close to many other trails. I stayed with my 2 kids in college and it was perfect for us.

Just what we were looking for…

We were returning to Southwest Harbor to play golf at the nearby Causeway Club with our adult son. We couldn’t be closer to golf or more comfortable for our stay. Communication with Tim was timely and efficient and the property was spotless and well appointed. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Great location to SW Harbor main drag. Basic grocery and laundromat within walking distance of house. Some early am road noise from the main highway but not too disruptive. Property is very clean and conveniently located to explore the area without all of the traffic, etc of BH.

Great place!

Tim was super nice and helpful far before the trip even started. He had great resources to offer us and the place was perfect. Plenty of space, beds, and kitchen appliances. Located not far at all from trails and the park and you could even walk to the main area of southwest harbor if you wanted to which was really cute. Highly recommend!

Plenty of room/great location

The property has plenty of room including a full size eat-in kitchen. The yard has a picnic table and grill. It's just a short distance to the heart of the village and there's easy access to Acadia Park and Flying Mountain.

They are all beautifully set up with everything you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. We include free cable t.v. WiFi internet connection, one time linen set up, bathroom towels, gas grill and bench set for the garden. etc...etc... JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!
