Listen to the wildlife outside and feel the soft breeze at this waterfront home with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and many other comforts from home. It has 3 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Perfect for families, friends, couples, and hunters, this home has water access for kayaking and water activities directly in the back yard! Enjoy the comforts and privacy of home while having boat access nearby as well as Beaufort, Morehead City, and Atlantic Beach less than an hour away!

This home is located in an area known for great fishing in the spring, summer and fall. The duck hunting is renowned in the winter months. We have beautiful weather for boating, kayaking and just lazy summer days. Carteret County has many festivals year round that visitors love to participate in. The home is close to Outer Banks & Cape Lookout, Historical Beaufort, Morehead City, Atlantic Beach, and Fort Macon. This location would also be great for wedding venues or as a reception, please contact us for further details

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the front and back yards. They will also have access to the pier.

Guests can call, text or email if they have questions.

The sunrise getaway is close to the beach, ferries, aquarium, restaurants, parks and museums.

Automobiles are best to travel in around the area.
Water can be accessed by any water toy. There is also a ferry close by.

Guests should bring water shoes, life jackets if needed and don't forget sunscreen!
- Hunting dog allowed outside in a kennel or in the storage shed
- Crib available upon request.

Quiet peaceful getaway

Can't say enough great things about our time at this home and our hosr, Kim. Thank you for working with us on our schedule due to the unfortunate events of the hurricane in our home town. Your home was so clean and welcoming and much needed peace. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing at the dock and sitting on the back poarch watching sunsets. Definately a top spot for our future!

I am a NC Commercial Contractor and NC Real Estate Broker. I am married to a medical doctor and have two sons, two daughter in-laws and one granddaughter. We all love outdoor sports and being on the water anytime fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming or hunting.

Why they chose this property

Sunrise View is a spacious home with three large bedrooms and three queen beds and dressers in each room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking basics and there is a grill and seating on the back porch provided for enjoying the outdoors. New linens are provided for each bed and there are extra pillows and blankets in each bedroom. The pier is on the property and can be used for water-sports as well as fishing. There is a bench provided on the pier as well for enjoying nature.
