You want to spend a quiet holiday, while enjoying a sea view.
You are at the right address, ideally located near the boucan canot beach, our fully renovated house will welcome you and your guests.
The villa is fully equipped, 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, are all composed of new and comfortable 160/200 bedding.
a large bathroom, double sink, walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub with a sea view will seduce you.
linen and shower gels will be provided.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hob, traditional oven (rice pot, fryer, Nespresso machine, normal coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.)
The garden is composed of a parking part, where you can park 2 cars and a large terrace with an outdoor lounge, a dining table that can accommodate 12 people, overlooking an exotic deck terrace, finally an 8m / 3 salt pool and overflowing, a nice place to spend a vacation in the tropics.

Villa contemporaine, lumineuse très agréable à vivre pour 6 personnes dans un lotissement sécurisé (Portail à l'entrée) au calme. Plage et restaurants à 10 mn à pieds. Facilité de stationnement avec 2 places de parking privées. Bonne situation pour visiter la cote ouest, superbe vue sur l'océan depuis la piscine et la terrasse. Bonne réactivité de M.Crimet et du propriétaire.
