Pretty house with sea view
Our house was completely renovated in 2017 and will bring you all the necessary comfort.
Located 15 minutes' walk from Vannes town center, it enjoys magnificent views of the water and the boats leaving the port.
The house is composed on the ground of a living room, dining room, open kitchen and giving access to the garden as well as toilets and a laundry room.
On the 1st floor you will have 3 bedrooms: 1 large bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 baby bed and 1 single bed and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (possibility of adding a bed if necessary), a bathroom bathroom and wc.
On the 2nd floor you will find a large master bedroom with 1 double bed and a shower room.
Our small garden is very pleasant and sunny, it offers you the possibility of having lunch outside on the wooden terrace.
Leaving the house, various walking paths lead you to the city center on one side, to the beach on the other!
Our beautiful region will seduce you and offer you what you dream of for a successful holiday!
