CasaUp Charming Duplex in Beautiful Pawleys Island

This charming duplex is just a half block from the beach access and is the perfect beach getaway!

Casa Up now features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with new Spiral Staircase access to the top floor. The beach house interiors have beautiful hardwood floors with open living, kitchen and dining areas.

Fully equipped kitchen with large breakfast bar opens to dining room. Living room has a large flat screen television and gas fireplace .

Three of the bedrooms are on the main floor; the Master has 1 King bed and private bath, the 2nd has 2 Queen beds with private bath and the 3rd has 1 Queen bed with private bath. The spiral staircase now offers full access to the top floor which is furnished with 2 bunk bed sets and sitting area. The bunkroom provides private space for younger guests.

Additional conveniences include covered and open porches with ocean views, outside shower, basic cable, Free wifi, telephone, central HVAC, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher.

Exterior amenity upgrades now include a newly constructed outside bar with seating, full sink, 2 refrigerators, pink pong table, oyster table, picnic tables and charcoal grill!!! For those of you with electric vehicles, the convenience of a charging station is now available under the carport.

No smoking, No Pets, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, sleeps 12.

Great house. Bad communicator

House is great. Checking was easy Realty office was terrific. Had a small internet issue that required communication with property owner. Not helpful. Gave wrong number to call. Did not read email before responding. Zero help.

Pawleys Island Paradise

We have been coming to Pawleys Island for 50 years, our entire family is from the area so I can’t say enough about how much we love the island. We liked this house a lot, smelled great, beds were comfy & roomy, bathrooms were roomy, water pressure was great, kitchen was pretty well equipped and we cooked several meals there. It did have a ton of sand in the house upon arrival which does happen at the beach but, should have not been that bad if it had been cleaned throughly. We just swept & vacuumed and wore house shoes. It is two flights of stairs to get to for Casa up plus another spiral flight to the bunk room once inside the house so getting luggage and groceries up and down is a bear, really could use a lift. Be sure to bring essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish scrubber, laundry detergent, etc…
