This house was perfect for our family. Very clean, updated, it has everything you need for a week at at OIB. Location is great. Was also able to bring my jet ski and use the ramp on the dock.

Beautiful home for a family vacation

It was such a beautiful home to stay In with family ! Beach was just a few steps away food and stores were only a 7 min drive from the house ! Martha made it such a pleasant stay for us and my family definitely will be back !

Great location

Four Winds was perfectly located for the town’s July 4 celebrations. We enjoyed watching the parade from the comfort of our balcony and the fireworks from the top crow’s nest. Excellent communications with the host also.

Great House!!!

The house was well kept and clean. We had 15 people and it was the perfect size and the perfect number of bathrooms. Communication with the owner was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.

Great Weekend Stay!

The house was very clean and exactly how we expected from the pictures. Large and open main space for all of us to hang out and enjoy being on vacation! Martha was very responsive and the process prior to arrival was very smooth. This island definitely requires cars/golfcarts/bikes to get around because everything is spread out but we managed! Definitely recommend.

Nice property

Great house, nice amenities, excellent quiet location. If you cook big meals the kitchen could use a few more things - big salad bowl and other larger mixing bowls, the parts for the blender which are missing.

Memorial Day weekend

We had 5 families in this house and really enjoyed it. Plenty of space to spread out. The decks were amazing with with great furniture and beautiful views. Easy walk to public beach access. Comfortable beds. We will be back!

Wonderful Retreat

The location was amazing. It was large enough for our group to have plenty of room. It's a beautiful property and Martha was so helpful with a well kept notebook for reference and even recommendation. The outdoor spaces at the house were amazing, plenty of porches so even when the weather wasn't great enough for the beach we could still be outside enjoying the day. Thank you Martha for our stay.

Lovely home, great location

My siblings and I rented this home to spend a week with our Mom. There were 9 of us and 7 of us were working remotely all week. There was plenty of room, the wifi was good and we all had a wonderful time!

Overall a very enjoyable stay and a very responsive owner. Just two suggestions... 1. Provide additional cooking utensils 2. Improve HVAC in the ground floor bedrooms

A comfortable place to stay with friendly owners. The house has a nice done light "Love The Beach Theme" throughtout the house with those little extras that one may need ie. kitchen cookwear and cuttlery, beach chairs,games downstairs.
