This property is a street to street lot and has 2 driveways from both streets which lead right to the ocean.

Easy stroll to the beach from this beautiful beach house with ocean views from the front deck. The master suit opens to a private sunset deck in the back for stunning views of the sunset. Located in Emerald Beach, you will be in the perfect location for your vacation. Tall vaulted ceilings with beautiful crown molding through out the house and four bedrooms offer comfort for all your guests. The master has a King bed with double sink vanity and custom tiled shower. The living room and bedrooms all have high ceilings , recessed lighting, and remote controlled fans. Rich luxury vinyl plank floors flow throughout the home and are the perfect compliment for the fully stocked custom kitchen.

A fully paved driveway allows you to bring your ATV/UTV down and park it under the house no problems or you can rent our golf cart!

Great Father’s Day weekend in Bolivar

My family of 13 stayed here and absolutely loved it. The property is beautiful and very close to the beach, and the ability to use the golf cart is a huge plus. Would highly recommend

1st Renters!

We were the first group of people to stay at this beach house & it had absolutely everything! Owner is super sweet & the location was perfect. You’re only a minute from the beach, it had a great our door area to hang out and was beautiful inside. We will definitely be booking this beach house again!

Church Youth Group

We brought our church youth group for a youth retreat since our summer camps had been canceled. Everything was excellent! The home was wonderful! We had a great time and will definitely rent again!

Great family Rental

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. Close to the beach. We had a large party of 7 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space. Had several minor issue with their cleaning crew, but the owner was on it when I texted and we had a wonderful time. Thanks for a great chance to get away. Would recommend and we will be back.

Very clean , nice , couple of minute walk to the beach

Family and I enjoyed this house it was great! Only a couple of minute walk to the beach. Very clean. Owner was very fast at answering any questions we had. Only sad thing is we weren’t able to find the waffle maker or the speakers but We all enjoyed it had a great time can’t wait to come again! 😊

Nice day very accommodating for kids and pets

Comfortable beds and overall a nice house. Could definitely use a little more touchup on the cleanings. Also some more chairs on the back porch for sunbathing and watching the sunset. I should mention it is probably the best view for a sunset. Property manager was easy to deal with and helpful. Thanks!

Good location and excellent property manager !

Overall the stay was great for me and my family. It is at a good location with parking in rear and front and both roads have beach access which is nice when driving to the beach. The house layout is great for a somewhat larger group so that was nice. The proeprty needed a bit more cleaning, but not that big of a deal. The golf car wasn't operational, but we had another cart so it worked out. The washer or dryer (can't remember which one) made a bad noise, but we made it work. Ali, the property manager was very attentive and responsive !!

Overall it was nice.

The VRBO ad show that there was a view of the ocean from the rooms of the house. The kitchen window is the only one that had an ocean view. The remote to the fan in the bedroom with the bunkbeds was missing and it was very hot in that room. Was also unaware that I needed to bring my own soap and toilet paper.

Hi Elain, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry for the missing remote to the celling fan. The guests before you had misplaced it and we were not informed. The issue has been taken care of. 4 rolls of toilet paper along with 2 rolls of paper towels are provide for every guest. Bathrooms and the kitchen are provided with hand soap and dishwashing soap and were available during your stay. However, we do state that guests bring their own toiletries items such as soap, shampoo, and toothpaste. We appreciate your stay and hope to see you back again. Thanks again, Ali

First Annual Beach Trip

We rented this house for a beach trip with 6 adults and 10 children ranging from 3-17. The location and proximity to the beach was great. Easy access point just down the street. The property was clean and comfortable for everyone. I loved the patio furniture. The kitchen was big enough for everyone and had everything we needed. Having three full bathrooms was really helpful after a long day at the beach and getting everyone showered. The kids absolutely loved crab hunting. There was plenty of parking for everyone’s car. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back! Thank you!

Delightful Beach house in Port Bolivar

We rented the house to hold 10 family members for my daughter’s wedding at Crystal Beach Villa. I was able to prepare all of the cupcakes for the rehearsal dinner and decorate the wedding cake in the spacious kitchen before the wedding Saturday. There were ample comfy beds, enough room in the frig. For drinks and basics, plus all my cake decorating stuff. Not alot of closet space to hold 4 gowns, 3 suits, etc but we managed. Great hang- out spot in livingroom, huge dining table to eat, and do crafts with kids. We had a great time and it was 5 minutes to the venue and back for decorating, dressing, etc. Good restaurants nearby- Tiki Hut, Nauti Beaver and Down Under were fun! Owner was easy to text with.

House is really nice but…

The house is really nice, however the cleaning lady needs to be replaced with someone who cleans, skillets had food stuck to them, the microwave and cabinet that it’s in was filthy, kids room stayed hot due to fan not moving any air at all.. ended up putting a portable fan in the room for the kids. We also had to finish the laundry before taking showers… none of this is the owners fault but issues that need to be addressed

Overall we loved the place! Just concerned about the cleanliness. Light fixtures had black mold around them. We were met with lot of ants. Used the Home Defense bug spray that was under the sink to create a barrier against the ants around the house. Trash was found in the night stand. Toilet paper roll holder was off the wall and in a drawer. Not enough paper towels and toilet paper. Not enough trash bags. Someone’s dirty socks from previous visitors were left in another room. We had to tighten a door handle in one of the bedrooms. The laundry room door doesn’t shut all the way.

Overall nice place

This was a nice place, it could use a deep clean of baseboards and paint touch ups and kitchen organization. The location is as described. The bathroom and shower and bar area is fun underneath. The beds were comfortable and the floor didn't feel sandy upon arrival. There was enough towels for each person to have one. There are no wash cloths and dish towels. The dishwasher broke but they were responsive and had a new one ordered and installed, unfortunatly it was our last day so we had to hand wash most of the trip. Also the key code was never sent and we had to request it upon arrival. They however were quick to respond and get the issue resolved. We were overall happy with the place. and had a nice time.

The purple house was wonderful.

We loved it. I was not right on the beach, however it was perfect for us because we had a lot of small children who needed their rest. Just not being right on the beach the house was perfectly quiet when we need.

Family Beach Trip

Our family of 8 adults and 7 kids enjoyed our stay here. The house is perfectly located to easily walk or drive to the beach. The only thing that would’ve been helpful was if there were more pots and pans for cooking in the kitchen. That’s it! Everything else was great. Our family will have great memories of our vacation here.
