Newport/Middletown beach cottage, Saltwater, is within walking distance to first and Second beach!! Less than a 10 minute walk to the world famous "Cliff Walk"! You just can't beat this location. Relax and unwind while hanging out at this charming, sunny and renovated one level cottage! We just posted new photos! This cottage was much loved before, but we decided it needed a re-fresh! We added a laundry area, painted interior and exterior and added new furnishings! (including mattresses). We also just installed a lovely side patio with outdoor furniture and a gas grill for outside enjoyment, which should be a crowd pleaser! When you are ready for some hustle and bustle, you can hit the restaurants and bars in Newport in a matter of minutes! Bedroom one has a queen bed with new mattress and furnishings and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed with a new mattress and furnishings! Saltwater is the perfect getaway cottage for a family or a few friends looking for a comfortable place to stay. There are AC units in the cottage and kitchen has all you could need. We just completed this renovation at Saltwater.....We added a washer/dryer and new interior mudroom, interior/exterior paint and refinished the hardwood floors. Also added new colorful furnishings! This past fall we completed the side outdoor patio area, which will add a delightful outdoor space to enjoy, while grilling and entertaining. It is adorable and so close to Easton's Beach! We often grab a cup of coffee in the morning and walk to the Cliff Walk to enjoy the spectacular Ocean views! Parking for 2 cars, beach chairs and beach towels provided! Beds made with 100 percent cotton sheets, bath towels, beach chairs and beach towels. Pets welcome with a small pet fee. Also will consider winter/Salve rentals for you parents that may want to have a home base during the school year. Just reach out! This cottage is everything!!
