This was an amazing house. If I could give more stars for cleanliness I would. The property was immaculate! Loved the decor, convenience to Newport and URI. Everything we needed was available and brendan was super responsive with any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The house was beautifully remodeled and very updated and clean! We would definitely go back! Only a very short drive to town, Easton Beach, Cliff walk, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!

First time down in Newport area

This house was beautifully renovated recently and was really spotless from top to bottom. The backyard was extremely private and we enjoyed the nice deck. It was about 5-10 minutes from downtown Newport so it was very convenient. We had a great time and would go back. Only drawback was it was a little pricey for my normal price-range but everything in the area was.

Long weekend

We were in the area for a wedding in Newport. This home was in an awesome location. It was a short drive to many attractions in the area. We did not want to leave and were actually able extend our trip for another day. Brendan was very responsive to all communications. We would definitely return to this home if in the area.

Beautiful home, great location

The beautifully renovated home was very spacious for our family, four adults and a toddler. The house was thoughtfully well-appointed with everything we needed for our week’s stay. The location is very close to Easton Beach, a few minutes from Newport, and close to grocery stores, etc. We had a lovely time and look forward to returning.

Perfect spot

The bamboo beach cottage was a perfect spot to spend the last weekend of summer. The house is charming, clean and comfortable. It is close to everything but out of the bustle of downtown Newport. The whole family loved the outdoor shower. The Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
