Two lounges: one at groundfloor and another upstairs with television.

Fully equipped kitchen.

Children and adults can enjoy the property garden, and admire the charming stream nearby.
In summer enjoy also the heated outdoor swimming pool (from June, depending on the weather).
The swimming pool is not available during winter time to avoid freezing & cracking.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurùs in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Wifi is available throughout the house in the front of the house.

The ski slopes are quickly accessible, many hikes as well as an ancient Roman road located at the bottom of the village must be discovered.
La Clusaz is 20 minutes from the property by car.

Parfait pour accueillir les groupes

La maison est idéalement située, au calme, et avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes. L'extérieur a beaucoup de cachet avec toutes les fleurs et les enfants ont adoré les équipements: piscine chauffée, trampoline et balançoire. Nous avons également eu la belle surprise de trouver à l'intérieur un billard, un baby-foot et un piano. La maison convient parfaitement aux groupes: des espaces comuns trÚs sympas, tout en ayant chacun sa propre salle de bain et son propre espace si nécessaire. Les deux cuisines possÚdent tout le nécessaire pour des groupes: 2 lave-vaisselles, 2 frigos, ce qui nous a permis de préparer des repas conviviaux. Notre seul regret était de devoir quitter la maison pour reprendre le travail: nous serions vraiment restés plus longtemps si nous avions eu la possibilité ! Merci pour tout !

Un excellent week-end entre amis

La maison est absolument incroyable pour passer un sĂ©jour en famille ou entre amis, car elle est conviviale mais les espaces nuits restent indĂ©pendants les uns des autres (avec leurs propres toilettes et salles de bains). La maison est ancienne donc pleine de charme, et en mĂȘme temps rĂ©novĂ©e donc assez moderne. L’extĂ©rieur, quant Ă  lui, est magnifique : au calme et en pleine nature ! Et encore, nous n’avons pas pu bĂ©nĂ©ficier de la piscine qui Ă©tait en hivernage. Il est possible de garer au moins 6-7 voitures. Petit bĂ©mol : La maison Ă©tant trĂšs grande, nous avons eu trĂšs froid les 24h heures suivant notre arrivĂ©e (sĂ©jour mi-Mars). J’y reviendrai avec beaucoup de plaisir !

Chambres impeccables avec sanitaires attenants, bien insonorisĂ©es. Équipements au top pour la cuisine (juste pas de machine Ă  capsules), pour les loisirs : baby foot, billard, KaraokĂ©, instruments de musique et divers jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©. Sans vis Ă  vis, paisible et trĂšs propre. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter des extĂ©rieurs car sĂ©jour en hiver

Une magnifique batisse, accueillante et chaleureuse, un jardin charmant avec sa riviere, et sa piscine chauffée. Tout est rassemblé pour un superbe sejour cocon d'automne. de trÚs belles randonnées a deux pas et aussi le calme, nous ont vraiment plu. Les chambres sont douillettes et on trouve plein d'espace atypique et chaleureux pour de bons moments creatif, repos ou conviviaux. Merci beaucoup claire A.

Riesen Haus mit Pool, tolle Lage, maximale Ausstattung

Wir möchten uns fĂŒr die schöne Woche in Ihrem Haus bedanken! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 12 Personen + kleinem Hund aus dem Raum NRW. Das Haus bietet wirlich alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Bequeme Betten, viele Toiletten und BĂ€der, RollĂ€den und VorhĂ€nge, Tischtennis, Billiard, FahrrĂ€der, 2 KĂŒchen mit allem Zubehör. Das Haus ist wirklich wahnsinnig groß. Es ist sicher möglich, mehr Leute unter zu bringen. Besonders hat uns der beheizte Pool gefallen, wo wir auch Abends noch entspannt die letzten Sonnenstrahlen nutzen konnten. Als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Wanderungen oder die Fahrt zur Stadt Annecy ist ideal. Wir empfehlen das Haus weiter und wĂŒrden wiederkommen, auch wenn wir uns sonst eher in SĂŒdfrankreich umschauen. Not clean and bad communication

When we arrived the person which should have give us the keys wasn’t there. We got our keys from the box but for further questions we only could ask him through the phone which was a bit cumbersome sometimes because he didn’t respond fast or not at all. The whole house was in bad circumstances. It wasn‘t clean, especially the bathrooms and the kitchen. For example: there was a whole bottle of olive oil without cap in a drawer, knocked over and the oil was everywhere. So we first had to clean everything before we could use it. Same thing with the oven. Btw the oven worked only for a few days and then we couldn‘t get it on anymore. (And it wasn’t a problem with the security, we checked it) I asked for help, but the only respond I got, was that I should call an electrician. We also had some difficulties with the grill. It was terribly dirty and there wasn‘t much gas anymore. Furthermore, there was a room that has been closed. It was a double room so we didn‘t have enough space for our couples, one had to sleep in a bunk bed. I told our contact person that we should have been informed about the closed room before our stay and that we lack space, but I didn‘t get a respond. We payed for the whole house, and didn’t get what we payed for. We are really sorry that we have to write such a bad review but after our first stay we expected the house to be under the same circumstances and it wasn‘t. We actually planed to come back next year, but we are not sure if we will book again.

Amazing for groups!

The moulin is one of the best houses for big groups I've ever seen. We visited this place for a week with 12 people and we still had more than enough space for everyone. The garden has a heatable or coolable pool and a cozy place under the trees. The house has two lounges and a dining room with enough space to fit in all people of the group. There's also a snooker table and a foosball table which is amazing! The house was very clean and the hosts were super friendly, we'd book this place again without thinking about it!

Amazing week

We booked the Moulin dingy for one week and it was amazing. It was even bigger than we expected! You have a lot of space inside as well as outside. Besides the three living rooms and other lounges you have a lot of rooms and almost every room has its own bathroom! For the outside territory you have the beautiful pool but also a big garden with a trampoline, a hammock and next to it a cute little river. Also beautiful is the with trees covered place outside with a big table. The pool is heated and clean! Thanks to its hedges, which surround the Moulin, you have a lot of privacy and you don't bother the neighbours. In and outside the house you find everything you need. A grill (even with gas), some deck-chairs, games.... only in the kitchen have been missing some things like a mixer, but maybe we just didn't find it because it's really big! But besides this you find everything you need. For the groceries there are some bigger stores 15' away with the car like a Lidl or a Casino, but for smaller things you can also go to the small store in the village. Concluding we can highly recommend the Moulin, especially for bigger groups!! And we will definitely go back there once more :)
