Beacher's Oceanfront Patio Plus Suite with onsite Front desk and Service

This 1st Patio Suite Plus is capable of bringing the whole family together. The kitchenette has a two burner stove top and a convection microwave oven, mid size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kitchen sink. The living room arrangement is unique in that this Patio Suite Plus has a queen sleeper sofa as well as a twin sleeper sofa. There are several seating options in the living room so that you can enjoy the view of the large flat screen smart Vizio TV or the horizon view of the ocean. The patio is perhaps the most private of the 1st floor patio plus suites with a pub height patio chair set that shares a table top area to enjoy your morning coffee on. In addition, the bedroom is beautifully appointed with a lovely bedroom set. This condo gives plenty of drawer space in addition to the small closet it the bedroom. The flat screen smart Samsung TV and the ceiling fans make this a cozy, comfortable and enjoyable suite. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with the new tub. This condo is the perfect spot for a couple or family looking for a comfortable stay on the beach. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Grass outside of patio is not a dog walk area.
Linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hotel shampoo amenities and daily housekeeping all provided on nightly and weekly stays, for no additional charge. On monthly stays an initial set up of toiletries and once a week housekeeping is included. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

I travel a lot and the staff at this Beacher’s location was by far the nicest most pleasant staff I have encountered in a VERY long time. The pool was heated and was amazing. The beach access was directly from the pool area to the beach. Steps away. Love md the stay and will stay again

Great Stay with Friends!

The staff was really accommodating when I made a mistake with my booking and the property was great. Loved the beach access and short drive to the Historic District. Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful beach, calm stay

We loved our stay. We love the beach and convenient access walkway. Very nice heated pool. Housekeeping was great for anything you needed. Towels etc.and were very helpful and pleasant. The furniture was not as clean as I would have liked. I guess many people stay and are maybe not as considerate.

Short Spring Break Trip

We stayed 3 nights so it was a short trip. We would usually get at a 2 bedroom but this was prefect for a few nights. The condominium was maintained, quite, and the staff was friendly. The unit was accurate to the pictures at the time of our stay. There was an ice-cream shop, pizza place, and a gas station directly across the road. It was a short walk to the beach with an access code gate. Would recommend.

There was a glitch with housekeeping - you have to put a DND sign on your door when you have a dog, then set up when you want housekeeping to come. We called and set up a time, then when we returned and it wasn’t done, the woman at the front desk said, “well, housekeeping is gone for the day - what do you want me to do?” Kind of rude. But we got clean towels and sheets, and the housekeeper, who was lovely, came the next day and apologized profusely.

They fell in love with it also. The rooms are very spacious and affordable. I love how each room is decorated differently. The beach front property has the most beautiful sunrises. Fantastic location but very small

The condo is right in the ocean and just a short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. There is a bar, pizza place and ice cream parlour right across the street. The AC works well and the property staff is very caring and friendly. Be aware that this is a very small condo. Even though it sleeps 5 (3 on sleeper sofas), just the 2 of us felt cramped. The kitchen has virtually no counter space. It’s very difficult to prepare meals in this tiny kitchen. Also note there is no dishwasher so you must clean dishes by hand. The condo is well furnished and kept up.

Thank you Victoria, we couldn't agree more. This condo, while it allows 5 people (1 king bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 twin sleeper chair)... it is ideal for a couple. Each condo here is a bit different, so if you are looking for counter space and a regular stove, then we have a few condos that fit that description as well. We are so glad that our staff was able to take care of you kindly, we hope to welcome you back any time!

Otherwise perfect location- master bedroom wonderfully comfortable.

We had a pretty good stay. The location was very good, the beach view is obstructed with the dunes that you can't walk on. We enjoyed our stay, however there's much room for improvement. The sofa bed was absolutely disgusting and very uncomfortable. I tried to communicate with the booking manager, i never received a reply. We saw a live cockroach. Several things were broken: towel hooks, patio door lock.The king bed was very comfortable. And the pool area was nice. The beach access was awesome, as well. Overall, we had a nice stay.
