The bright living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV with streaming services, Bluetooth speaker, Nest thermostat, and large windows that bring in natural light and beautiful ocean views -- the perfect spot to post up after a long day at the beach, or cozy up and watch a movie in the cooler months. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves and watch the sunrise.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals and entertain.

A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on the main floor.

• Historic Downtown St. Augustine is only a 15-minute drive, especially convenient during the annual Nights of Lights Festival happening November 21, 2026 - January 8, 2027.

• Our condo complex is located right next to the drive-on entrance to Crescent Beach at Ocean Trace Road. Those with 4WD can take a nice drive along the beach for a different experience.
