This apartment type 3 will seduce you with its quiet location and very close to the beaches (30 meters).
On the ground floor of a recent residence with large garage in the basement with elevator. Accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The south-west facing terrace is ideal for enjoying the quiet end of the day.
You can move on foot to get to the city center and the Old Port which are 10 minutes walk.
The creeks are 1.5 km away.
Ideal for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6 people. Evenings are not allowed and no noise should be made between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. Of course you can receive at your convenience.

Un séjour au paradis

Si vous souhaitez profitez d'un séjour dans un coin de paradis, je vous conseille cet appartement à la Ciotat. Tout est parfait et nous n'avons rien a redire sur l'appartement. Idéalement situé à deux pas de la plage. En un mot : PARFAIT

Séjour de rêve !

Tout a été parfait du début jusqu'à la fin. Très bonne communication avec Stéphanie, personne adorable 😊. Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous dans l'appartement, rien ne manque. C est calme, sécurisé et très propre. La place de parking est juste indispensable. Et quel bonheur de pouvoir tout faire à pied !

Das Appartement hat eine Super Lage : über die Strasse und man ist am Meer. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein und die Matratze in einem Zimmer sollte ausgewechselt werden.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Appartment war sehr angenehm. Der Komplex mit den Wohnungen ist gleich gegenüber vom Strand. Perfekt wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Unsere Wohnung war im vom Strand aus gesehen, hinteren Haus. Da zwischen Strand und „Komplex“ die „Promenadenstraße“ ist, war es schön ruhig zum entspannen auf der Terrasse. In der Whg. ist alles vorhanden, so daß man nur noch einkaufen muss. Wir können die Whg./Anlage nur empfehlen……ach ja…sehr wichtig……zur Wohnung gehört eine Tiefgarage….ohne Garage ist es seeehr schwierig dort einen Parkplatz zu finden!!!

Schöner Urlaub insgesamt, sehr gute Lage. Der öffentliche Strand sauber, wird kontrolliert; traumhaft schöner Ausblick. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur sehr hilfsbereit, schnell, freundlich. Die Unterkunft bietet von der Ausstattung her alles, was man braucht. Die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können; obwohl relativ neues Haus hat es in der WG nach Abfluss gerochen. Es hat eine Tiefgarage. Ein PKW mit Box passte durch.

On a passé un très bon séjour. Appartement dans une résidence calme loins de la route. La plage juste à côté. Et un très bon camion à pizza pas loins! Merci pour les vacances.

Top Apartment mit einer Strassenbreite vom Strand entfernt

Das Apartment war leicht zu finden und ist auch mit Toren gesichert. Es besitzt eine grosse Tiefgarage. Wir waren mit 2 Autos da und diese haben knapp aber beide reingepasst (F10 5er und RAV4). Das Apartment selbst hat alles was man braucht wie eine moderne Küche, gute Betten und eine gemütliche Terasse. Es liegt auch direkt am Strand. Einfach über die Strasse gehen und Voila!
