CENTRAL EASTSIDE COTTAGE - 2 Miles to Downtown & SXSW

The house is perfect for 4 people, parties of more require approval. There are two comfy bedrooms with queen beds. All linens & kitchen appliances are provided.
We don't allow big parties, only small get togethers. If you are planning a party with more than 6 guests, please OK with us first.
Back yard is smaller than most. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
