This very clean upper flat is in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all the areas we wanted to visit in Austin. The host gave us great tips for sightseeing and restaurants. The rental provides lots of amenities, including a full kitchen and laundry.

Liesa and Jim were wonderful guests and an absolute pleasure to host. They were easy to communicate with, respectful of the home, and left the place incredibly clean—truly above and beyond. I would happily host them again anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts!

Genuinely the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Host was excellent, very responsive when you message her but totally hands off once you’re there unless you ask for anything. Bedding and sheets were soooo comfy, super chill checkout procedures, and she left us a few snacks too. Immediate neighborhood might not look like the most perfectly scenic place, but a short drive away there’s tons of coffee shops and things to do. Be aware the whole thing is a studio so neither bed is behind doors or separated from anything other than the bathroom. Wasn’t an issue for us, but we didn’t totally get that from looking at the pics. Overall nice property and very pretty walking trail just across the street.
