Very well equipped kitchen: gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge with freezer.
Washing machine and dryer.
TV and DVD player. Internet access.
Near the forest, on a plot of 1000m² with trees and enclosed, large terrace with summer kitchen under awning, gas barbecue, plancha, heated parasol, 10m x 5m swimming pool heated to from June to September. Diving board.
Pets not allowed.
Security deposit of eight hundred euros payable by check on arrival (check not cashed)

Un petit coin de paradis !

Un accueil très chaleureux de Danièle et Edgard, une visite très complète sur le lieux et comment se rendre à la plage. La maison est très agréable et calme, la proximité de la plage idéal et une piscine chauffée, parfait ! En résumé d’excellente vacances ! Merci de partager ce petit coin de paradis.

Maison très fonctionnelle et cosy

Maison cosy et pratique (deux espaces parentaux de chaque côté de la maison) et située au fond d’une impasse verdoyante et proche d’une très belle plage (vert bois) La piscine est très grande, bien chauffée et contrôlée chaque lundi. Merci Monsieur et Madame Richieu pour votre accueil et votre confiance.

Très bon séjour !

Propriétaires accueillants, gentils et très serviables. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. La maison très belle avec sa piscine chauffée qu'on a pu profiter tout les jours même les jours ou ils faisaient le moins beau. Plage juste à côté très appréciable !

le paradis à toute proximité de la mer

Une piscine entre 27 et 30°, sans vis à vis. une maison de famille accueillante, literie au top. Barbecue et plancha, un coin abrité pour les repas à l'extérieur. Nous avons été chaleureusement reçu par les propriétaires Une chose est sur, nous y retournerons.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le logement possède toutes les commodités, l’extérieur, la cuisine extérieure et la piscine (grande et chauffée !) sont de réels atouts. Le logement est idéalement situé, proche de la mer et dans un chemin très calme. De plus, l’accueil était au top. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Un havre de paix à Oléron

Cet endroit nous a séduit d'emblée. Le jardin entouré de grands arbres n'offre aucun vis à vis et nous avons vraiment profité de cette belle piscine chauffée (toujours entre 28 et 30°, même si le temps est incertain). La maison est agréable et fonctionnelle, telle que décrite dans l'annonce. Au bout du chemin, une forêt magnifique nous mène jusqu'à la plage. C'est vraiment un paradis ! Les propriétaires et Anne-Sophie nous ont accueilli avec bienveillance, ils sont soucieux de notre bien-être et disponibles pour tout problème, nous les en remercions encore. Un séjour que nous garderons en mémoire...

Belle plage de baignade / surf à 2 minutes en voiture (Plage Vert-Bois). Shopping 5-7 minutes en voiture (Le Grand-Village-Plage). Apportez un anti-moustique pour la soirée.
