Authentic and perfectly restored holiday villa with a lot of charm, this house is super well located, near the station of Bruges and the Zand and a few minutes' walk from the "Grote markt and the Belfry".

The holiday home consists of a spacious entrance hall with cloakroom, a beautiful living room with wooden floor and an authentic decorative fireplace with TV corner, the kitchen is top and fully equipped with all appliances, beautiful dining room overlooking the covered terrace and the sunny garden with trampoline and petangue track, downstairs there is a relaxation and / or sports room with football table, bird peak, cross trainer, a guest toilet, a laundry room, closed garage and 2 extra private parking spaces. On the first floor there are a total of 4 bedrooms, of which 2 bedrooms (1x double bed 2 pers, 1 x double bed + extra single bed) with their own luxury ensuite shower room and 2 more double bedrooms (+ extra bed) which are a beautiful share bathroom, 2 separate toilets.

In total you can easily enjoy a luxurious and carefree stay here with 10 people and you can enjoy everything our beautiful city of Bruges has to offer.

We loved the property. A very beautiful home. HIstoric with excellent location. Easy walk to city centre and to shopping and restaurants. The house itself was great for 6 people to share meals and relaxation. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and overall the service was excellent.

Perfect location, far enough out of the city but not too far to walk. Close to the train station for trips out. Perhaps not good if you are unable to walk, although Ubers were reasonable.Everything g you need and plenty of space, for us as brits could have done with 2 kettles and 2 toasters. Especially for breakfast.Comfortable rooms and communal areas were interactive and social. Excellent for a large group of Friends or family. We were all adults so can’t account for small ones. Didn’t sit in the garden but great seating areas if required.Definately would stay again.

Great property close to the train station

Really nice big house within 10 minutes walk of the train station. We were a group of 7 friends so the place was even perhaps too big for us! Spent most of the time out in the city but enjoyed playing a bit of table football while in the house. Would definitely recommend for a big group of people.

Property was very clean but dated. About 1.2 miles walk to town center. Was advertised with AC but didn't have when we were there. It was a portable unit and was not set up. Our first night was warm. Overall a nice stay but could improve. Host did their best to help.

Het verblijf was zeer aangenaam en het huis prachtig. Een klein minpuntje is de schoonmaak. De tegels in de bakkamer hadden voegen met schimmel en er lagen vies ruikende muffe schoonmaakdoekjes in de keuken.

Perfecte ligging, gezellig huis maar niet schoon

Wij hebben genoten van een weekendje in dit huis. Echter is er veel achterstallig onderhoud zoals de tuin die er niet heel netjes bij ligt, binnen een kapotte bank en een heleboel beschadigingen en vieze plekjes op muren die gewoon niet zijn onderhouden. Tevens waren de badkamers niet erg schoon: veel kalk, schimmel en hier en daar haren in de douche. Het huis is verder gezellig ingedeeld en ligt dicht bij de stad (loopafstand).

Familienurlaub

Die Villa, ist sehr schön gelegen und man ist Fussläufig sehr schnell im Zentrum von Brugge. Sie bietet viel Platz für einen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut und erholsamer Schlaf garantiert. Die Sauberkeit lies etwas zu wünschen übrig, doch nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Besitzer sofort verbessert. Sehr netter Kontakt . Auch unser Enkel hatte viel Spaß mit dem Trampolin und dem Spiele Zimmer. Am Meer war man in 30 Minuten mit dem Auto, aber auch mit dem Fahrrad konnte man problemlos dorthin fahren. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage!

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Wochenende mit der Familie in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Die Lage und die Nähe zur Stadt sind optimal. Leider sind die Bilder wohl schon einige Jahre alt und nicht mehr alles so frisch. Der Wasserdruck in den Duschen ist sehr gering und so richtig sauber war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft leider auch nicht. Die Garage ist keine "Stellplatz" mehr. Wir haben aber trotzdem drei Autos auf den offenen Stellplätzen unterbekommen. Das Trampolin ist top. Der Boules-Platz leider überwachsen. Die Küche eignet sich sehr gut zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen an der langen Tafel. Die Küchenausstattung hingegen könnte besser sein, wenn man tatsächlich plant selbst zu kochen.

Belle villa pour un séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon WE en famille! La villa est spacieuse et bien située pour visiter Bruges. Cependant nous avons quelques remarques à formuler concernant le confort: pression des douches faible, eau pas assez chaude, essuies mal lavés (odeur), impossible de sècher les essuies (sèche-serviettes ne fonctionnaient pas), la villa était un peu crue et le nettoyage pas impeccable! Désolé pour ces commentaires!
